Problème de transporteur mais très bon SAV Decovery

S'il est aisé de commander, il s'avère difficile de recevoir sa commande : un transporteur qui certifie plusieurs passages avec le destinataire absent alors qu'il n'est jamais passé et donc une commande que j'attends encore et toujours.

(steel wine rack

have received the item (steel wine rack).
Unfortunately one side of the wine rack was bent.
Because we placed the wine rack under a hanging dresser
the bending is less visible. Especially when there are wine bottles in it. But I do believe that such a delivery is not appropriate. There was no visible damage to the packaging at all. I therefore assume that the wine rack was already bent before packing. I think this is a bad thing and bad advertising.
I don't think I will buy here again next time.

Very sorry about the purchase.

a mockery, not trustworthy

Used to be a long time customer. My last order from October 2022 is when I started having problems. Part of the order was cancelled due to stock problems and I was reimbursed for that. Then the waiting and emailing game started for the remaining two items - they kept saying the items were available, then there was something else, then they'd send them, then they didn't, and so on and so forth.
Then they went BANKRUPT in 2023.... did they inform the customers? No, of course not. I kept chasing them for answers, and each time the answer would be different. Chased them just the other day, and they told me that now they are a different company so they can't reimburse me, and that I should submit my claim to the notary. Who of course replied that I will not be reimbursed as there are too many creditors... hahhahaha.... and the "new" Decovry offered me a 20 eur voucher.... which is beyond mockery really. Why would I go spend money in a company that still owes me money? And the voucher is of course less than what I have lost to them.

Nou, trap er niet in!!! Ondanks diverse beloftes en toezeggingen wacht ik nog steeds op 3 dure artikelen. Al eens van naam veranderd maar waarschijnlijk dezelfde dubieuze praktijken.

Decovry continues under same name but no Guanrantee

After several complaints, Trustpilot and others, I must admit that Decovry did offer a purchase voucher for half of the initial amount of the defect product. Ok, they operate under same name as before and could therefor not respect their old guarantee on products ... After several months of complaining, some satisfaction. Wish the new company success with respect for their customers.
