This was the first time we used doc and were really impressed. So easy to use and place an order. One of the colours we wanted couldn’t be matched and they went to great effort to contact us and resolve the problem so it could be despatched on time. An alternative colour was offered. Very pleased with the excellent customer service. We will definitely use them again.

Faulty Little Greene paint
Ordered Little Greene 2.5ltr tin of paint. It had not been mixed and looked as if I had chucked a load of white paint in it. Sent pictures of this marbled look and then they insisted I return. Im disabled and had to walk with this faulty paint to the nearest collection point. Horrendous.

Hi there,
We're sorry to hear you feel you've had a negative experience with us. Unfortunately when a product is faulty the process that we are required to complete by the manufacturers is that we need to send the product back to them for testing. We will report this issue to the team and feed it back to our manufacturers to take a look into it to see if anything can be done to improve this process for our valued customers. We appreciate the honest feedback as this helps us to improve.
Many thanks,

Very positive overall experience!
Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and paint. It’s easy to contact them on WhatsApp, answered by an actual human. My multiple queries were answered really quickly, before and after my purchase. The paint is good quality and a perfect colour match to Farrow and Ball. Very positive overall experience! Thank you so much.

Perfect service
I ordered a tin of paint on Friday, and was delighted that it was delivered in perfect condition to a click and collect location the following day!
Fantastic!
There was no delivery charge, the paint was cheaper than from other suppliers, and the family company sent me a friendly thank-you email for buying from them.

Failed to match paint
Failed to match paint, the brand for which had been discontinued, with tester pots. Consulted AI which directed me to DCO. Thought might as well try. Thank goodness I did. The paint was delivered within a week and is almost a perfect match (the instructions do say about 10% colour variable). Very happy with colour and paint (ordered the matt). Would recommend.

Very highly rated Decorating shop. Best in the Business
The advice, Then the product eg. Rollers for applying Hevy duty paint to pebble dash and stipple outside. Just different and so easy to use. Take your time.
But what so special is the customer service,
And particular Chloe. Nothing is too much. Decorating Centre online realise you are their customer and they go out of their way to help you.
My first delivery was wrongly delivered to a neighbouring house. No issue, immediately resent and delivered at 8.00 next morning.
That’s service with a smile. It’s wonderful to see there are still companies out there in uk working like this. Their price is good for very high quality products .I would highly recommend and use them again. Thank you all at DCO. Patrick
