Easy to order with good selection. Fast delivery and kept well informed of delivery time. Delivery team were friendly and efficient. Doors look very attractive. Not yet fitted but so far all looks good.

Very negative experience
I bought a Deanta door because of good reviews. I can’t support that after a very negative experience. First issue was relatively minor when the company was unable to supply doors ordered from the current catalogue. When an alternative was chosen a delivery date was provided. The lady was very clear that we would have to arrange assistance for the driver to bring the doors from the lorry to the house. I arranged to be at home and my son in law took a half day from work and paid the childminder to collect the children from school (SiL usually collects) to be available. We sat around the house waiting but no delivery arrived. I had no call from the company to apologise and rearrange delivery. I rang them and an unsympathetic customer service ‘assistant’ checked and said”oh yes, I can see it’s booked for tomorrow now”. There was little empathy for the inconvenience this caused.
When the delivery arrived the driver was amazing: a really nice guy who definitely went the extra mile.
Would I order again? I don’t think so

Check the wood before taking delivery!!!!
Iv renovated my home and decided to use the same company for all of my woodwork so it was all in uniform and matching.
Well it was all going well until I started to hang the doors. All of the arcatrave, liners and skirting matched lovely and then the doors got hung and what a disappointment, the colour mismatch is shocking. I even ordered a few new doors hoping that it was a bad batch and still the new ones turned up exactly the same. I have all light American oak looking wooodwork throughout with dark cherry red doors, it looks awful. Iv reported tbis in a complaint along with photos and the company just advised me that’s they can’t guarantee matching oak. If you’re ordering this product then check over your goods before excepting delivery.
I certainly wouldn’t use this brand again.

Deanta UK provided excellent service from start to finish! Easy ordering process, no fuss or bother when I later wanted to add to the order, kept informed of delivery window, call when delivery is approx 25 mins away and a courteous, helpful and pleasant driver (sorry I’ve forgotten your name!).
The doors are lovely - great quality and really well made.
Would not hesitate to use again.

Always a bit of doubt when using a new company from the web, but Deanta UK were excellent. Easy ordering process, kept informed of delivery window, call when delivery is approx 25 mins away and finally a courteous and pleasant driver.
Would not hesitate to use again.

Delivery was a day later than stated but a very apologetic and quick response. I couldn’t be in so left instructions on the delivery, did exactly as requested and phoned to confirm everything I asked for. Cannot fault!
