Delayed delivery
Although the product itself was fine, the delivery arrived well outside the agreed time slot. I contacted customer service three times and was repeatedly told “another half hour,” which was inaccurate each time.
Given the £35 delivery charge (excluding VAT) for a single door, I expected a much more reliable service. The delay meant I had to pay my builders to return the following day, resulting in additional and unnecessary costs.

Poor manufacturing on 2 out of 4 doors
Out of four pre-finished doors recently ordered through a supplier by my builder, two had defective finishes. These are obviously manufacturing defects as one has several what look like water marks underneath the finishing lacquer and one had a bobble/lump. My builder had a devil of a job to get EH Smith to take the first door back because they were attempting to skirt around the Consumer Goods Act by claiming any defects had to be reported within 3 days. I only spotted the second defect (the watermark effect) a week after the second door had been hung when the sunlight highlighted it. Given my contract is with the builder, and his contract is with EH Smith, I will have an uphill battle to claim my consumer rights to reject the door or accept a repair and then there will be the expense of who pays for the new door to be hung. While the law (and Deanta themselves when I called) says I have to go through the supplier, I am incensed as this whole debacle started with faulty manufacturing, I don't have the energy to fight this and 50% of the doors being faulty is not acceptable.
Deanta have replied to this review to say I need to go through the stockist which is exactly what they already told me and then they have a robust QC procedure. The point is their QC shouldn't have let these doors through in the first place and even if I didn't have to go through my builder and EH Smith to get redress, there's still the cost of rehanging the doors. Beautifully designed doors, which they should be for the high price, but if you buy them, just make sure they're closely inspected before they're hung.

If this wasn't passed onto us by them then, unfortunately we wouldn't have been unable to assist you in this case as your contract is with them. Ordered doors a few weeks ago through a supplier. They where promised stock and 2 days before expected delivery, am now told another 3 week wait. Absolutely messed up my renovations plans.
Sounds like a mismanaged company.

Having taken delivery of our new Oak doors (Amalfi) the whole package from start to finish was fantastic.
Easy website to help us choose these beautifully crafted door for our Upper floor rooms.
Speed of delivery too was excellent & driver was very courteous by bringing them into the house for us.

we have finish off upstairs decoration & stair well areas.

First delivery all 3 doors were damaged…
First delivery all 3 doors were damaged and not surprised as the packaging was poor. Second delivery was to wrong address and for wrong doors and third time we had given specific instructions for doors to be delivered after a certain time to ensure someone could receive the doors and this was totally ignored by driver - terrible service and absolute disaster from start to finish

Deanta Eton Doors….excellent delivery service
We have just had another Deanta door delivery of an ETON door. It was a split delivery as the item was out of stock. The delivery arrangements were easy very user friendly with notification of times etc.
The door itself arrived well packaged and is of excellent quality, with beautiful crown cut veneers.
I must also add that the delivery people on this occasion and previously are polite, professional and helpful. They brought the doors in to the first floor of our home, layed them down careful and asked us to take time to inspect, whilst they waited…and no hurry. Really excellent service all round.

Quality doors at a great price
I recently had a great experience with Deanta UK, and I wanted to share my thoughts.
From the start, navigating their website was a breeze. Finding and ordering my doors was straightforward, which made the entire process enjoyable. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery date, and my doors arrived two days later than expected. However, I was impressed by the customer service team. They were polite and apologetic about the communication issues and kept me informed once my doors were on the road. I appreciated the updates and the ability to track the delivery van.
When my doors finally arrived, the delivery driver was exceptional. He handled the doors with great care while bringing them into my property, which I truly appreciated. Despite the late hour of 19:00 for delivery and the long drive back, he remained cheerful and polite throughout.
Overall, Deanta UK provided a solid experience. While there were minor delays, their customer service and delivery team made up for it. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for quality doors and reliable service!

First and foremost - the doors look gorgeous!
I ordered the doors through a third party, however the process was simple. Had to wait a week for delivery but I was updated via email all the way through and the doors were delivered on time.
