Delivered on time
Delivered on time, and the email updates included a link to a web page that showed where your driver was so you could meet them - which is really helpful when you live somewhere that’s hard to find - so many delivery drivers drive straight past my place. The driver was helpful too. Top job.

Good communication throughout delivery and arrived at the precise time stated. Good tracking app. Driver was polite and respectful of property.
The doors are amazing and well worth the slight wait we had for one. Look extremely good quality and I can’t wait for them to be fitted

Never come across anything like it was…
Never come across anything like it was informed of delivery week 1 had people there to assist never turned up although given a 2 hour slot no phone call no nothing when we then contacted the supplier who we bought from was informed they a]had tried to deliver and taken photo of the front door when we asked for the photo of our door we never received and never phoned the number we provided and a second attempt to deliver would be charged as first delivery failed we got a date and time while we was waiting we noticed 1 of there vans going up the next street so it was raining upt my boots on and a jacket by the time I got to the street there was no sign of the van when we looked into this is not only seems they tried to deliver not only to the wrong house they even got the post code wrong the slot time came and went 2 hours after the end of the time slot we finally started to get some answers the driver will be with you in half an hour this now is 2 and a half hours after the time slot had expired no message or phone call to apologise had to take 1/2 of work for this delivery when the first delivery was not attempted to the correct address if it would have been delivered to the correct address it would have not cost me 1/2 wagers even the time was after 4pm I could have done my shift I would not like to think these as a confident courier delivering for my company very poor just no truth in what they tell you

Product looks really stunning
Product looks really stunning. Delivery man was really excellent. Told me, initially that they deliver to my area over a 3 day slot and that they would let me know on the evening before which of those days it would be. Didn't work out like that.My wife and I work and only at home on certain days, so we couldn't just accept a 3 day window. We got there in the end, but it did cause concern.
All that said, we are there now, the doors look well protected and having cut one of the wrappers really do look the business. Thanks

Good customer service but delivery needs to be a little more helpful
Ordered my doors from Doors of Distinction
Had 2doors delivered damaged but they were replaced without any hassle
My only issue is that they dumped my 6 doors on my drive and me and my wife both pensioners had to get them into the house
All drivers were good though with replacement delivery

Appalling customer service and received…
Appalling customer service and received the wrong product 3 times.
Upon request of a refund after returning the item by signed postage they have point blank refused for no reason

This company is corrupt
This company is corrupt. I ordered some specialised door handles at the cost of £130. The handles appeared gold on the website On arrival I opened ONE of the 3 boxes and instantly seen that the door handle was silver , this would not match my colour scheme so I contacted them to arrange a return, after several emails back and forth and a request for photos , they finally arranged my return. In the mean time I ordered the same handles in black as they would match better. At this stage I have spent £260 on handles for 3 doors.
I also spent £11 to return the handles as it was a heavy package.
Deanta have tried everything to refuse me of my refund, firstly saying they have not received them. Fortunately I had returned them signed for and had the proof. Then eventually they said they had them but said they where all damaged and would issue a refund !!!
They even sent photos of the damaged damaged handles ! I know this is a complete lie or they where already damaged as I never even opened the other 2 boxes , and the one I did was perfectly fine.
I will not be letting this go , I will contact every consumer rights , companies house and legal action. I am not being allowed to be ripped off by this company. I cant believe in this day and age this kind of thing happens . Disgusting, Deanta should be ashamed. This is fraud.

Glazed fire door was ordered on the…
Glazed fire door was ordered on the 21/10/25. Told it would take UPTO 20 days for delivery. Finally delivered today 21/1/26. 3 Months later. Dreadful communication from the out set, claimed they had glazing issues constantly. Would never order from here again. Not one to write reviews ever but this was an absolute joke!!

Excellent delivery service. Personal call from the delivery driver 24 hours in advance, on line delivery tracking accurate to the minute. Clive delivery driver very friendly, helpful and carried the doors into my garage. Perfect 100% satisfaction well done.

Placed an order for 5 doors in October
Placed an order for 5 doors in October, Doors eventually arrived just before Christmas, only 2 of the doors were correct so the others had to be returned, am now still awaiting the correct replacements, communication is appalling, I have emailed for an update 4 times with no response, I called 3 times yesterday and was told i would be called back but still nothing...!!! very disappointed..!
