ADVARSEL - LEJ IKKE NOGET SOM HELST AF DANCENTER!!!!!!!

Min familie og jeg har i september 2025 klaget over et meget ulækkert sommerhus, som vi lejede igennem Dancenter. Listen over klamme og ulækre oplevelser i huset er alenlang.
Vi har nu modtaget en e-mail med svar fra Dancenter. Alle vores klagepunkter er blevet afvist, da Dancenter henviser til en paragraf i kontrakten om, at vi blot kunne have ringet til lokalkontoret på ankomstdagen.
Dette var vi absolut klar over, men desværre var der INGEN på kontoret til at besvare vores opkald - hverken på første eller anden dagen.
Ethvert andet firma med respekt for deres kunder havde refunderet lejen, men Dancenter har kun tilbagebetalt under halvdelen af vores depositum. Der er absolut ingen kompensation for afføring på dyner, snavs, skidt, mug, hår, krummer og andre klamme ting i alle rum.
Vi oplevede endvidere tilstoppede afløb, defekte lyskilder, farlige el-installationer og en bruser som der ikke kunne lukkes for - med stort vandspild til følge.
Prisen for al denne ulækkerhed = 18.000 + 6000,-

Holder jer nu væk fra Dancenter, de mest useriøse sted at leje sommerhus fra. Vi lejet et sommerhus hvor der var så ulækkert og klamt at være der, ikke gjort rent! Varmepumpe konstant tændt på vores regning, der er 28 til 30 grader i huset og i pool, mine børn har asma og kunne ikke tåle at være i pool begrund af for meget klor, varme og urent. Det utrolige de vil varme huset på vores regning, jeg snakkede med dem de siger at ejeren har taget fjernbetjening og fjernet slukknappen så vi ikke kan skulle den. Vi er for en rengøring firma og det vi så var over stregen, selv myrer over alt og det er de styre myrer der flyver osv... det så klamt, selv min søn på 9 år sov med en mega edderkop som gik på hans skulder. Det for dårligt har snakket med dem og skrevet med dem intet gjort, ja de sendt en ud han sagde til mig han kan ikke få lov at skrue ned for varmen og han kunne godt forstå vi klager fordi der er voldsom varmt. Det bliver første gang og sidste gang færdig her fra.

My experience with DanCenter as a homeowner has unfortunately been very negative. They have had major issues with settling payments correctly with me, and time and time again, I have had to spend time and effort just to receive the payments I am entitled to.

Several of my guests have also complained about poor customer service from the local office, which has been unhelpful when problems arose. Additionally, the cleaning has been unsatisfactory, leading to disappointing experiences for my guests.

I have now decided to switch to another rental agency because DanCenter is simply not trustworthy. It is worth noting that they handle customer service, marketing, and support from abroad – including a headquarters in India, where cheap labor seems to be more important to them than satisfied customers.

If you are considering renting through DanCenter – or listing your holiday home with them – I strongly recommend checking reviews in Facebook groups or other forums first. The chances of a bad experience are unfortunately very high.

The house is nicely furnished, but when we arrived the whole house smelled strongly of cat urine, bad smell in general and it was very dirty.

They send a cleaning team to do the main cleaning two days later, they fix it dirty - the smell is still there, and bad smell, then many calls have been made to the Dancenter with no result

The house promises television with Netflix. The remote control cannot be found and the television cannot be set manually, it is only found "misplaced" on the 5th day.

Last night (Wednesday) the sewer overflows, it is high and far into the floor, one bathroom with pee and faeces.

We have continuously tried to contact the dance center but in vain. The nearest physical dance center is 1.5 hours away.

We are told by e-mail that the problem has been solved with main cleaning so we can calculate e-mail and picture have not been read/seen as the challenge is not the same, we contact again. (This time the bathroom with feces and pee)

It is obviously not possible to get in touch with Dancenter despite repeated attempts.
We have spent time on this from day one, and it ends up 5 days out of 7!

We want compensation as we have had to stay in a house that stinks (continued), spent far too much time calling, e-mailing - without contact for the most part had to defend, had to be away from the house, first on due to cleaning, so sludge cleaners have been 2 times before this was solved, we had to clean to be able to be here, as well as clean the oven, see picture

Where there were large cobwebs, thick clumps of dust, all tables that were greasy/dirty on arrival.
Dead (many) Flies lying on the floor/windows
Greasy finger on windows, children's hands generally greasy which have not been washed/polished yet
Stove that was not cleaned at all as you can see, the oven dish was full of grease as well as the grate and stove.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY DANCERS.
have ordered and paid for this summer house
they state that it is free to cancel 45 days before arrival. but you will not pay the amount back. and you cannot be contacted, either by phone or by phone.
so take care of your money, find another rental company
