Size incompatibility
I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes, the delivery was very quick, unfortunately I had to return both of them due to a size, one too small and size bigger was too big, so unfortunately not suitable for me. The return was very smooth and efficient. I wish your sizing was compatible with my feet...

Easy ordering online
Easy ordering online, fast delivery. Fitted as guidelines. My only disappointment is the lining/inside of dance shoes could be softer and more comfortable. But leather and non slip sole is very satisfactory.

The parcel arrived promptly but on opening the parcel the actual packaging of the set pencils were damaged
by damp and the surrounding packages of 3 pencils
had spots of damp and smelt of damp. All appeared
to have been kept in a damp area perhaps for a long time. Perhaps in the warehouse.
Luckily, I am separating the pencils from their original
packaging otherwise they would not have been of a standard one would expect.
The pencils were of a good standard but the damaged packaging was a disappointment.
