Great service
Great service, they even messaged me on WhatsApp to make sure I'm getting the right size, overall really good experience, I would say there's too many 1 star reviews because people obviusly didn't measure their foot correctly and ordered the wrong size, so retune policy wasn't a great experience for them, but as long as you get the right size, service was excellent.

Be aware their return policy is not great. You need to pay for return, postage is not refundable and returned unopened socks in a resellable state are not refunded ( they only mentioned tights are not refundable ). I am £11 out of pocket after a shopping experience with them. I was initially planning to put down another order but after seeing the refund I decided not to proceed.

Because we are a smaller business, we unfortunately cannot cover return shipping costs or refund initial postage unless an item is faulty. We try to be completely transparent about this on our website. However, we sincerely want to make this right regarding your socks.

When I realised I’d got the wrong colour shorts, a quick exchange was done for me, a phone call to check the sizing as I’d also gone up a size, then really fast delivery. Brilliant service.

Ordered multiple times from dancewear central and the service has always be 10/10. Just ordered another lot of exam clothes and some were out of stock so they quickly sent me links to items I could have sent out asap and were super helpful! All in all great experience and great dance wear 💯

Such a good company! Ordered last minute and it all came the next day! Had to return an item too (too small) and the customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful. Smooth return policy and sorted for me so easily. Definitly will use them again!

Appalling customer service. They are doing their best to discourage customers from using their service, I should have checked earlier reviews before proceeding.
I was trying to purchase Fuego dance shoes from Dance Central. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the shoes, they are perfectly suitable for my purposes, but as these are American made, they come with American sizes. I thought that since Dancewear Central is a British company, they would sort out US to UK size conversion on their website. The website says “please order one full size above your usual UK shoe size due to small fitting”. I normally wear UK size 6 shoes, so I ordered size 7 from Dancewear Central, but the shoes were too small. I sent them back and ordered size 7.5 but those were still too tight. That’s when I googled US to UK shoe conversion and realised that I should have ordered size 8, which is TWO sizes up. I phoned the company and tried to explain that their sizing was wrong on the website, and that I had already paid for the original delivery, return, and the second delivery of shoes in the bigger size, and I was not prepared to pay for another delivery. The girl on the phone pretended she did not understand what I was talking about and had shown zero empathy. She also did not mention the 20% off sale that was published on their website. She said that their shoe sizing was based on customer feedback. Yet, even after I had given them my feedback saying it should be TWO SIZES UP, they did not change the wording on their website. I returned the shoes and it took them the whole month to return my money. I purchased Fuego shoes elsewhere and will definitely never use Dancewear Central again.

Finding the perfect fit online can be challenging, especially with the Fuego Low Top Dance Sneakers. Because they run small and don’t follow the standard UK/US size shoe conversion, we constantly analyse fit tests and customer feedback to keep our sizing guides and product description as accurate as possible. While our data shows that most customers find their ideal fit by sizing up just one full size (and that the US Men's equivalent works best for UK orders), we completely understand that everyone's feet are different, and we appreciate that you needed to go up two sizes.
We also sincerely apologise for the frustration caused when you called to clarify this information and appreciate the way we have to convert the shoe sizes may not have come across clearly.
The 20% discount that we had on at the time was for Tap shoes only, so as your order did not qualify you were not informed of the deal .
We do hope this clarifies a few problems, but please do feel free to contact us any time if you would like more help with anything.

I paid extra for Saturday delivery. As I write this now it is 22:40 on Saturday, and still no delivery. When I had the dispatched email there was no courier information, nothing. I have emailed and awaiting response. I wish I had checked out Trustpilot now before I ordered. I will be wanting a refund for sure.

Bought Roch Valley Economy Ballet…
Bought Roch Valley Economy Ballet Tights for my 3 year old, who is small for her age so I ordered age 1-2. The sizing is way off! These tights are exactly the same size as a pair of age 3-4 that she already has, which hang off her in length and circumference. Very disappointing but not worth the effort of returning as it's the smallest size on offer.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed, ordered my wee girls new dance clothes and shoes on Thursday, paid £10.95 for Saturday delivery and it hasn't arrived.no contact to advise of delivery being late, no details of which courier company to contact and obviously the company only work Monday to Friday so there is no response from them. Really not good enough service when I have a 6 year old asking constantly where her stuff is.

Awful customer service
Purchased dance shoes but too small. Returned using the postage slip provided by this company but apparently delivered to the wrong address. Not our problem they said unwilling to do anything to help. They have the details of where it was delivered in their area could they not just go and retreive? Very upsetting experience.
