On 11 November 24 I ordered a pair of wide fit dance shoes for next day delivery. I did not receive my shoes. We are now on the 23 November no shoes have arrived. I have wrote 3 emails and they only replied to one saying this shoe is out of stock.
Nothing about returning my money.
I have asked for my money back but
If I don’t get my full refund I will be contacting trading standards.

I have had a look into your order and can see that the shoes were out of stock at the time of order which is why they were not despatched to you. This is stated on the website at the time of order, but we do appreciate that this can be missed. I can see that your order has since been refunded in full.
We are also experiencing a high increase in our incoming contact and so there is a delay with our current response time. This is not our standard practice as we ordinarily reply within 24 hours, and again, we apologise that this has not been the case.

I have placed an order with this company on 2nd November. Still not received the order, sent 2 emails & message through FB and still not reply. They have taken the money but not provided product. Not very happy with this company - looks dodgy to me!!

Absolutely Brilliant!
I hope this review offers some balance to Dancewear Central. I found everything I was looking for on their website, literally all other dancewear online sites could not offer me the sizes for small men's leotards and the choice is already limited. I ordered two leotards, a pair of stirrups and some character shoes. I placed this order 12th November, and have just received it now on 14th November. 2 days! Pretty good going! So my experience is the complete opposite of the last couple of reviews. Packaging was great, delivered by Parcelforce. You cannot ask any more than that. And I got a discount for signing up to their Newsletter. Absolutely brilliant! Nothing has been tried on yet, but I am confident with the leotards and probably the stirrups too. Looking at the character shoes, I'm worried they might be too small. I will found out soon, and then if needed I will happily review the returns/replace/refund service i get. I'm pretty confident that will be spot on too. Thanks Dancewear Central!

I ordered my daughter some tap shoes…
I ordered my daughter some tap shoes and paid next day delivery if I ordered before 2pm, which I did. I have waited almost 2 weeks for these tap shoes now. I have had an email in between saying the shoes were due to be dispatched 5 days ago and still nothing. They are now not answering my emails. The money was taken instantly when I ordered! Terrible service. I have asked for a refund now and no response! Very poor service.

Do not use
Do not use. Ordered something with next day delivery, two days later not even received a shipping confirmation email. Called them to be advised the product is out of stock and won’t be in for a few weeks. Had I not phoned to chase this up, they’d never have got in touch to tell me.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I was sent the wrong shoe size twice in a row! It took over 3 weeks to receive the exchange. The staff were incredibly unhelpful. Would not recommend.

Horrible (non-existent) Service
Horrible service. No contact, no responses to email, no updates to order, just nothing. I placed an order on 18 Sep for a pair of bloch criss cross sneakers, because it said 2-3 days delivery and my daughter was desperate for a new pair. As soon as the order was confirmed, I received a separate email to say they were out of stock with estimated delivery now w/c 07 Oct. No updates received after this date. I emailed to ask for an update on my order, or a full refund on 16 Oct, still no response. I have had to get new shoes from a different store. Avoid any purchases here if you value your money. Just horrible. What a way to treat paying customers.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. I ordered dance trainers and paid £6.99 for delivery. 10 days later I emailed to find out where my order was. No response. I called after 12 days to be told that they were out of stock. No one has been in touch. No apology from the girl on the phone either. Will not use again.

Order my daughters ballet uniform
Ordered my daughters ballet uniform, order been sent really fast, next day was here. Everything was great.
Tights had a lovely smell which I adored, I was surprised with it. Can you tell me what essence is this? I want all of our clothes to smell so great!!!Thank you :)

They were on their toes.
I ordered two pairs of ballet slippers just before lunch on the 25th September, and they came through my letterbox at lunchtime on the 26th September.
They were exactly what I wanted, at an excellent price, and a perfect fit.

Speedy and efficient service
So impressed with the service I received from Dancewear Central. The product I was interested in was competitively priced with free postage. Online Customer Services were helpful and informative, I submitted my order early Monday evening and received it within 48 hrs. A very speedy and efficient service, highly recommend.

Placed an order well in advance for an…
Placed an order well in advance for an order to be processed and delivered. Apparently they do no check orders before released to delivery providers and in case of errors is to the costumer responsibility to call and ask them to check and do the job correctly. No costumer update of the order or any costumer communication at all. To get the order in the time line I have been advised to pay over £10 to be delivered.
Informed the manager Natasha that this is not an sustainable approach for a business. Unsatisfied with the service.

I have looked into this and can see that the delivery address was not filled in correctly when the order was placed. As this is an automated system, and due to the sheer number of orders we receive, it is not possible for us to check every parcel that leaves us for an incorrectly inputted address. An automated email is sent at every stage of the ordering process, but these can sometimes go into your junk or spam folder, and so we appreciate they can sometimes be missed.

Excellent service
I placed my order on a Monday afternoon with standard delivery and my shoes arrived the day after- brilliant service. When I found that the shoes were too narrow for my feet, I phoned customer service and they were so helpful in advising me on a more suitable product and how to go about organising an exchange.

I find the service from Dancewear Central just exceptional , I ordered shoes on a Tuesday evening and they arrived at my door in Ireland at 8.45 on Friday morning with duty ,vat etc all pre paid . I've dealt with them before and found the same and will buy from them again .

Replacement of the lost parcel
My parcel was lost by a courier, the customer care team at Dancewear central was very quick to reply to my email about the issue and they sent a replacement within a couple of days. This is an example of great customer service, thank you!!

Will never use again bought an item…
Will never use again bought an item returned it asked for next size to be sent apparently after 3 phone calls was told that there was extracto pay which was fine just wished I had been informed that they wanted the payment on previous calls they have had returned item sincev19th Jan I called again today paid the extra amount wonder how much longer I will have to wait for its arrival appalling and they said they had tried to call me funny
no missed calls and e mailed me no e mail in inbox or junk will use planet dance in future.

When we spoke to you regarding your return on the 30th January, your return was not fully processed, and therefore we were unaware of the additional payment required due to the VAT.
Once your return was processed on the 31st January, our records show that a call was placed at 1.37pm regarding this payment. When we could not get through, an email was sent at 1.39pm stating that there was a difference in the price, how much this would be, and how to contact us to pay this.
When we received your call earlier today, we processed your payment directly, and your parcel was immediately despatched.
We want to reassure you that your return was processed as swiftly as possible, and within the 10-14 business day turn around stated on our website.

Chaussures commandées il y a déjà plus…
Chaussures commandées il y a déjà plus d'1 semaine, argent débité, commande soit disant expédiée mais absolument aucune info d'une éventuelle livraison... Aucun numéro de suivi de colis, pas de date de livraison... Je ne souhaite qu'une chose maintenant, c'est arriver à me faire rembourser ma commande !!!
2ème avis après réception de ma commande : commande bien reçue en une quinzaine de jours. Merci pour la réactivité.
Par contre, un bémol pour la qualité du produit par rapport au prix... J'espère que les chaussures tiendront le coup et ne se détérioreront pas trop rapidement.
Mais la commande est bien arrivée !
