My order arrived next day as suggested by tracking . The part for my skoda was well priced and well packed. All in fast dispatch and packaged well.

I called the company looking for a lower wish bone for my Volvo, not only was Suketu very professional but also gave me a good service with a great price I couldn’t have had elsewhere. He also ensured the part was with me the following day. I couldn’t have asked for a better service, thank you Suketu.

I needed some parts for my car,i wasnt sure of the exact ones i needed, so i used the chat feature,a guy called Shawn helped me with the correct parts, which took the stress and guess work out, i ordered the parts, good price too compared to other quote for the same.

They have very good customer service not talking about just one time experience every time same standard

I called to make an order today and Akash to my call. He was polite and very helpful and ensured me he would have my order posted today as I was quite desperate despite their deadline for the post having already past. I can't thank him enough as my daughters graduation is on the weekend so I really needed the part desperately. Placed my first order with them, DHL have left the parcel visible from the road and signed it in my name even though nobody was home (unless the driver has the same name).
After contacting D2P Autoparts as the parcel is no longer where the delivery photo shows it, they have asked me to go knocking door to door until I find it myself.
I would recommend selecting a signed for delivery service if possible unless you are Sherlock Holmes or have nothing better to do with your time.

Bought an air pump which had a fault, it was immediately replaced within 48 hrs. Fantastic customer service from Jigar highly recommended. The new air pump works fine and was £700 cheaper than one from the manufacturer 👍👏
