Cycle Exchange Omdömen

Accidentally came across this company, and I’m so glad I did. I’d been looking for a gravel bike for a while but didn’t want to spend thousands. I bought a second hand bike that looks brand new for a fraction of the cost. Any questions I had while researching on the site, were answered promptly. Queries regarding delivery were also answered promptly. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy a bike !

Good friendly service. Whole process was very simple and straightforward.

Hazel and the entire team at CE were fantastic, very knowledgeable and patient made sure that I got the right bike and fit for my needs. Communication was quick and the delivery process was very smooth couldn’t recommend them enough

Great bikes, great comms and great delivery - just brilliant service

The service from this place was excellent. Both the customer service and the delivery were excellent. The bike itself is a thing of beauty.

I recently sold a folding bike to cycle exchange which was a seamless experience with friendly customer service and collection at my address, would highly recommend cycle exchange to others looking to part ways with premium bikes to take away any risks. Payment was received promptly the following day. Highly recommend

Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Cycle Exchange.

I was able to reserve the bike I wanted with a reasonable deposit while I waited for my work CycleScheme voucher to come through. They were then happy to accommodate me swapping to a smaller size after a week with the initial bike, with store staff giving a useful second opinion on the fit (and dealing with the associated faff of swapping the voucher etc over).

The bike in question is in fantastic condition; functionally like new with the most minor of cosmetic blemishes - a trade off I happily accepted for the huge saving against what a bike of this quality would cost new, especially with the CycleScheme savings on top. Sure I could maybe have found a comparable eBay deal, but there I'd have no confidence that there wasn't a hidden flaw, whereas here their mechanics check all the bikes extensively, plus they offer a year's warranty on frames and 3 months on parts which puts my mind at ease.

Great selection across sizes and brands in store and online. I'd not heard of them before this purchase, but I can't see why I'd buy from anywhere else in future!

Cycle Exchange just works. Saw it. Liked it. Bought it. Good deal.

Excellent service - Cycle Exchange shipped the frameset immediately and it arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described. This is the second frame that I’ve bought from Cyclexchange and would highly recommend them.

clear communication through the whole process

A friendly and easygoing atmosphere with Max being very helpful with the bike I asked to look at and eventually decided to buy.

Wicked Flat White at Cafe ☕️

Excellent all round as usual wouldn't buy a bike from anywhere else.

The information about the bike and condition was spot on. The purchasing process was very smooth. Just as easy as buying a new bike.

I’ve been using Cycle Exchange for a while now, and they are consistently top-tier. The team always deliver fantastic service. I'm loving my new gravel bike. This is such a great platform to get premium bikes. It's so easy to use from a customer perspective - 5 stars all day long.

Really helpful staff. Had been looking for a bike on / off for 12 months and staff always made me feel comfortable that I wasn't wasting there time when I came to visit.

Really good service, would recommend.

Very good customer service - super helpful team, willing to explain and recommend the best way to use the C2W scheme.

Completed a trade in with Cycle Exchange. The process went well and communication was great (with the team answering my million and one questions along the way). Fully reccommend them.

The Team at Cycle Exchange provided exceptional service and for a relative novice with little technical understanding of road bikes, cut through the jargon and helped me choose the right bike for me. The whole set up - coffee shop, service crew and a welcoming vibe from all of the team made this an enjoyable experience. For anybody in the market for a used / nearly new bike in A1 condition from a reputable and reliable source, give Cycle Exchange a try - you won't regret it!
