Cycle Exchange Omdömen

Completed a trade in with Cycle Exchange. The process went well and communication was great (with the team answering my million and one questions along the way). Fully reccommend them.

The Team at Cycle Exchange provided exceptional service and for a relative novice with little technical understanding of road bikes, cut through the jargon and helped me choose the right bike for me. The whole set up - coffee shop, service crew and a welcoming vibe from all of the team made this an enjoyable experience. For anybody in the market for a used / nearly new bike in A1 condition from a reputable and reliable source, give Cycle Exchange a try - you won't regret it!

I found Cycle Exchange by chance, I saw an add on the internet, I bought a Cervelo P3 frame 2019 as I had damaged mine and was looking for a exact replacement, I ordered on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday, The service was excellent, very well packaged and delivery. The staff were very helpful and had great knowledge, I would definitely recommend the Cycle Exchange. oh and the price was excellent

This is the 3rd bike I've bought from Cycle Exchange , the quality of the bikes have been exceptional, delivery first class and most of all the people are very professional, special shout out this time to Josh and Hazel , thanks both , looking forward to more bikes in the future.

My experience was brilliant,my Bike was like new and I couldn't be happy 👍

Absolutely fantastic service from all at cycle exchange. For the price I paid for my bike it is bargain and arrived looking like a brand new bike. They helped me with advice to get mine on our cycle to work scheme and with a free delivery code saved £95! Absolute legends and keep looking weekly for my second purchase!

Really great customer service - helped me to find the perfect bike for me at a very reasonable price!

This was my second time buying a bike from here. More than happy with the purchase and for the help that I received in store. Highly recommend to get a bike from Cycle Exchange

Easy to communicate with, someone at the end of the telephone, knowledgeable and helpful

I had a few questions regarding my purchase which were answered quickly.
The bike exceeded my expectations when delivered.
Highly recommended resource for a top quality bike at a bargain price.

From first visiting the shop to enquire, having my specific needs met, seamless and prompt follow up comms, to finally picking up my beautiful new bike - absolutely first class customer service from highly knowledgeable professionals

Josh was very helpful in guiding me to the right road bike. Good knowledge and service.

Great service, very attentive. They listened to my requirements & produced a bike that wasn’t on my radar! Tried it, loved it & brought it!
I would happily recommend to friends to check it out.

Amazing price for an amazing bike, very friendly and helpful hrough out.

Excellent customer service goods delivered exactly as promised. Great quality good prices will definitely deal with them again in future.

This is my second experience of buying a premium road bike with Cycle Exchange. The first one sadly resulted in me having to return the bike due to a size issue but this was handled sympathetically and resolved quickly with Hazel’s expert assistance. I have just purchased a one year old Cannondale Supersix Evo and am delighted with it. The price point was just right considering you get 12 months warranty and the service from the shop team was first class. I was able to test ride the bike with minimum hassle (luckily I live close by). I would recommend CE to anyone as they are professional and helpful.

Great service from start to finish and helped answer my questions about spec. Very pleased.

Excellent service from initial discussions, order and delivery

Really great service from Cycle Exchange, I would certainly use them again. The bike was as described & packed well for delivery, which was prompt. I am really enjoying using the bike. Thank you for a great experience :)

Really pleased with my second-hand bike and the service I received. Advice from the staff was extremely helpful as I was unsure about the frame size and my height. Great experience overall and I’d definitely recommend them.
