Broken neckless and no refund
I ordered a neckless from this website. When it arrived the stone fell out, so i contacted the company and they send me a new one. The neckless arrived and the stone fell out again. So, I contacted them that I wanted my money back. I never got it back and they blamed it on the bank but that is not possible.

surprisingly amazing!!
I ordered a gold plated 14k necklace with some stones on it and let me tell you I was anxious at first. I got to know them through instagram ads and decided to give it a try. The shipping and delivery took some time but I’m from Europe so this didn’t surprise me. After about 10 days I received the cutest pink package with stickers and a personalized card in it and of course also the necklace. I love the necklace, it’s exactly as displayed and the quality seems very good. I can’t say anything about it tarnishing or wether it’s really waterproof but I will update this review. I only payed around 20$ with free shipping for a real gold plated necklace, imo that’s a great deal. I loved the experience 💘

I ordered some items from a gift card purchased for me. The order was a little late, and they sent an extra necklace, which was appreciated. However, the two rings I received were NOTHING like what was pictured. The double heart red ring and the blue cross ring were pictured as being stamped sterling silver and were dainty. The rings I received were bulky and nothing like what was pictured. I get that this is costume jewelry, but the pictures were FALSE and DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING.

Io direi che le due stelle sono valide solo per il servizio rapido e la spedizione, giacché i “gioielli” provengano dalla Cina e non da altri Paesi, come vogliono far credere. Sconsiglio il sito in questione per motivi che coinvolgono frode, materiale scadente e allusione riguardante lo stesso tipo di materiale. Non acquistate, ma soprattutto non fatevi fregare!😡😡😡😡

Il y avait deux types de chaines sur le colier et une à rouillé l’autre non et les anneaux entre les pendentifs ont aussi rouillé

Earrings are nothing like what is advertised. Cheap, bent posts, hoops so tiny they would barely fit a child. The packaging is worth more than the jewellery. Five star reviews are definitely AI created - the language and syntax demonstrate this.

Pretty disgusted.
The customer service was good, however, we ordered (December 12) what was depicted in the online advert as a gold plated and jade necklace. The picture showed an adult wearing a substantial necklace. What we received was a largish box with a lot of packing paper and a very, very, very tiny little necklace that looks cheap, is nothing like what was advertised and would only fit a small child.

Necklace was poor quality, wouldnt recommend
Necklace was poor quality, company cannot be held accountable, descriptions are false and the items are cheap plastic clearly part of some drop shipping operation
I am specifically warning UK residents that returns are even more difficult as they only process returns through California, USA (apparently) and so the packages must be posted internationally there.
majority of the positive reviews are very clearly fake, same format and structure, accounts have one review only and are always 5 stars

I’m very disappointed because I passed an order, happy that I’ll finally receive something that will suit my whole aesthetic and finally finding Y2K gold jewels, but, they are not gold plated at all, as they say 🙂
Also, my sister also ordered, but silver jewels, that was supposed to be made of stainless steel, but in fact, they turned orange.
So if you want some fantasy jewels that will not last long, order here ! But if you want some quality jewels that will last in the time, meh, you should look somewhere else.

I bought a cross necklace a few months ago. At first sight you might think the quality is good, as they say it on their website, but the platinum plating is coming off and you can see the nickel. They praised it as hypoallergenic, which it was when the plating was still intact, but now I had an allergic reaction and my whole neck was swollen. The jewelry is really pretty, but don’t buy it if you want something that lasts long and if you’re allergic to nickel.

Es una estafa. El dorado no es el que se ve en las imágenes de su página web, es un amarillo brillante horrible, encima las piezas del collar que he pedido parecen de plástico.
Cualquier tiktok o buena review que veáis es pagada y es falsa, la calidad deja muchísimo que desear.
Me estoy comunicando con ellos por mail, pero tiene pinta de que no vamos a llegar a un acuerdo, 20€ tirados a la basura.

do not buy on this site. beyond the very long wait to receive them, they are fake pieces. they are not real silver as they write on the ticket inside the package. they are copper, brass and other metals which will turn green/black. they are plated but i doubt the plating is real gold or silver.
