Bad Quality
Got one necklace and earrings. The necklace got discolouration after a short time and the earrings lost their gemstones. They sent me new earrings because this „wasn’t supposed to happen“ but the new ones had the same issue. So all in all the quality is bad

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing! They genuinely look after their customers. I purchased a necklace from them 2 years ago and I notice it started to rust from everyday where and tear and they replaced it for free! It is one of my favourite necklaces, wore it so much and I messaged them on a whim to see if this was meant to happen. They said absolutely not! And replaced it, without me even asking. Amazing customer service, they truly go above and beyond and I cannot recommend this company enough.

Ich habe vor ca. einem halben Jahr die „Diamonds Natural Shell Moon“ Kette bestellt und habe die Kette seitdem regelmäßig getragen. Sie ist wunderschön und von der Qualität her finde ich die Kette auch sehr gut. Mit der Bestellung hatte ich keinerlei Probleme, also alles top 👍🏻

I did read the reviews but still decided to ordered! BIG MISTAKE!! Ordered 8 items and 1 by 1 they are tarnishing. Very disappointing. Their designs are beautiful but the quality is very poor. I do have to say that when I contact them they do refund me.

Very cute, affordable and of good quality
Very cute jewellery! Ordered a necklace and it came fully intact with cute packaging. You even get some stickers and a paper to help take care of your jewellery. Been wearing this necklace non stop for a few weeks, even during sleeping and exercising (which is advised against because of the exposure to sweat) and it still hadn't shown any signs of tarnishing. Obviously dont recommend doing this, but it is proof of quality. Then again this necklace is one of their newest products so I don't have any idea of the quality of jewelry distributed in the past.

After seeing ads for their jewellery on instagram, I treated myself to some of their items. Everything was sent securely & in beautiful packaging, and to this day is my most complimented jewellery! I’ve had earrings I’ve worn for over a year which have remained in perfect condition, proving how high the quality is.

Ordered 3-4 times, not worth it. It is fast fashion jewelry, not made to last and the price reflects that at least. I suppose that's why they have so may products. But aside from tarnishing necklaces, the quality is so poor that I have broken necklaces and broken earrings. The platinum coating is cheap looking and very glossy, so it won't match the rest of your real jewelry. Sorry CTC, you know it's true. STAY FAR AWAY.

Ho ricevuto il pacco oggi, gli orecchini sono accettabili e belli ma la collana (quella con la luna azzurra) è molto diversa rispetto ai video, è quasi sbiadita e non è assolutamente lucente come nelle foto. “l’argento” non è di qualità ed è anche molto leggero il che non mi sembra proprio un bene, sicuramente ogni pezzo vale dai 5 ai massimo 10€, i prezzi sono troppo alti nonostante siano carini a inviare sticker e la bustina in tessuto per contenerli. Ho ordinato prima di vedere le altre recensioni sul sito quindi sono rimasto un po’ fregato, effettivamente dal sito sembrano pezzi bellissimi ma poi dal vivo rendono la metà. ci sono tanti siti, anche italiani, con prezzi inferiori e migliori gioielli. Peccato.

I have no ideas where are the hate comments come from. I ordered 3 months ago and they have the prettiest package ever!! They’re still holding well now.
