Unfortunately deliveries in Ireland take 3-5 business days from date order with a same day processing cut off of 2.30PM . You placed your order on Monday the 28th of January and the order was delivered the following Monday. Your order was however delayed for 24 hours based on a security check being required on your payment method which was address verification. This is a random check required by all card issuers and is beyond our control. We state however on our website 3-5 business days from date of order which excludes Saturdays , Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Cheap Ryzan PC less than Euro 300
Got a cheap MB AsRock A320 AM4 socket, Ryzan 3 2200G, and 16gb DDR4 2400 memory.Using existing case, 400w PS and HDD's..
Slight delay as the memory (Cruical ) was not available, but they supplied equivalent ADATA modules instead.
System built within 2 hours of delivery. I had costed these components from Amazon but the cost was more expensive, and some component suppliers would not deliver to Ireland,
Delighted with response to my emails regarding delivery, by the way they also included a anti static strap in the package. Will shop here again.

Happy overall
Nice and quick reaction for my email with question. Fast shipping and CPU fan beQuiet! Dark Rock 4 PRO top class. Generally very happy with the product and service. The only minus is the selection of items. If I would build my new rig soon then for most of the components I would have to go with newegg. The video cards selection could be better and especially ram selection, missing very popular and the best for Ryzen processors G.Skill rams!!
Ps. Prices are very good!

G.Skill memory is no longer distributed in Ireland and the UK which is why we do not offer for sale.
In truth we removed G.Skill memory a number of years ago because of a high percentage of returns as well as their insistence on refusing warranty if all memory from a pack were not returned. For example is a customer purchased a 4GB x 4 16GB memory pack and one module went faulty they would refuse warranty unless all 4 modules were returned.
Balanced decision
In general, everything was fine. But as a customer, you may have experience in the background. In a while ago I send request to get parts or build machine, there was no response for a couple of months. So I got to find by myself everything. After I made an order I make sure everything is in stock as I need parts quite fast (for the project). Then goods were held for a week instead of shipping straight away. I got no notification why is that happen. Later one was discovered that due lack of goods and also bad weather. But come-on they can notify the customer of reasons. I wouldn't bite and understand circumstances accrued (its cost nothing to be nice). That's it about the business. Another thing is a website option, navigations, search, sort. I know (if I don't like the company I can find other. you might say) But I do like the company and my criticism is for improving things. Site in generally is TOO OVERLOADED with images and appearance. Its reminds me Ryanair in early ages (they did try to stuff business with everything instead of focusing on the efficiency of order). If I live closer to them I'd really apply for a job to make improvements as kaizen and look and feel is "in my blood". The second matter is that many domains are registered, and the first impression is that some "bad guys" do fake real company site. Would be good to make it obvious with references and with an explanation of what and why is that. Really hope to see improvements made as for its excellent company with provided services and goods.
P.S. After I received really good explanation from the company, I changed my review rating. That is very nice to have feedback from a company I like and try to make honest and helping feedback on business. Do I have to say there was missed from consideration a few points which in my expectation were a different view, now I know which is my misunderstanding was and I don't wish to reflect it on the rating.

We reply to email , tickets , posts usually within 2 hours during business hours Monday to Friday and next business day for emails , tickets and posts outside of business hours.

We are aware that communications with GMAIL email accounts can be problematic and I believe we have spoken about this many times in other reviews as well as directly to customers. Our email server is located in the Republic of Ireland however the email servers for third party email services such as Gmail are located in the United States. When we send automated emails from our email server in Ireland third party email servers in the United States can refuse the email based on the SPAM settings ( not account but server settings). We have started sending emails to third party email services from both our Irish based server and now from a mirror email server ( Mailgun) in the United States. We believe this will improve receiving statistics for customers using USA based third party email services. We will review this new service after 90 days and we expect this will give us a better idea on how we have improved the email deliveries to third party email services located outside of Ireland and the EU.
We carry no advertisements on our website and the only images on our main page are either the product images which are limited to 4 from each category and the manufacturers logos from the manufacturers links.
The design style is in the eye of the beholder so it is difficult for us to have a design which makes everyone happy.
Weather can be an issue for deliveries into Ireland because we are an island surrounded by water and when there is bad weather the ferries that deliver goods into Ireland are delayed. The number of orders delayed ( outside of 5 days standard delivery schedule ) accounts for less than 0.35% of orders over the year with most delays happening during the winter months. We do try to notify customers in advance when we are aware of expected delays related to weather with emails and updates on our websites home page.
We are always looking at ways to improve our service and we would like to thank you for your review.

BitFenix is a premium brand with a reputation for quality. This case one a single red led 120mm fan installed to the rear it has space for a front mounted 120mm fan however this is not fitted to the case as standard.

We had no choice other than to DELETE a number of email addresses which were associated with SPAM.
We have blocked a number of countries from accessing our website based on the traffic which included SPAM sign ups.
Unfortunately this has resulted in a very small number of genuine accounts being blocked and we were aware this would happen
prior to making the decision to change the security settings on our websites.
We had to delete over 100,000 customer accounts which were setup by spam bots from China and Russia in November alone.
This was not a security issue however it slowed down our website and resulted in performance issues.
We made our decision in the interest of our customers.
If your account was blocked / suspended or deleted then the simplest solution is to setup the account again and any Loyalty Points from
the last order placed can be transferred to the new account.
I will again state that the new security protocols in place on our website have been implemented to improve the security and performance of our website.
Your account has been suspended based on the security criteria in place since the 01.12.2018

All was good except some issues with updating site availability of product and delay with delivery. But on the and product arrived like discribed.

I ordered computer components last Monday before 3pm. All items were stated as "in stock" It states on their website that I should receive my order by Thursday, having payed courier charge of 8.99 Euro I would expect nothing less than prompt delivery.
I received my order confirmation on Monday but nothing since, they state on the website that they will email me when the order is shipped and the courier will also email me. NOTHING, no communication, I have tried continually to ring the numbers on their website, they don't answer the phone, I emailed them, I got an email saying they would contact me, NOTHING.
I could have ordered the same components from UK or Germany for less money and would have received them today, I wanted to support an Irish business, bigger fool me.
My Order still says processing on the website.
I paid by PayPal so now I will probably have to open a dispute to get my money back.

We state very clearly that orders are delivered within 5 business days from date or order with a same day processing cut off of 2.30PM. You placed your order on Monday 10th of December at 14.14 and we shipped your order onThursday the 14th of December.
We did not any any point state your order would be delivered on Thursday and we clearly stated 5 business days.
We answer calls Monday to Friday during business hours and we reply to support tickets within 2 hours Monday to Friday and next business day for tickets created outside of business hours.
When an order is placed we send an order confirmation email and when an order is shipped we send an order dispatch email with tracking information. There is no automated step between to nessitate the need to send another email.
We offer a fast and reliable delivery service across Ireland and the United Kingdom with our partners Nightline.ie and UPS.
