We provide email updates for all order that include an order confirmation email and a dispatch email that includes tracking information. Our carrier Nightline will also send an email and an SMS on the day of the delivery to confirm the window for the delivery.
You placed an order for 2 x SATA cables were we only had one piece in stock. We notified you my email on the 26.11.2018 to this and stated the delivery ETA would be the 5.12.2018. I can see we shipped the order to you on the 05.12.2018 as stated on our email from the 26.11.2018
Our stated delivery term is up to 5 Business Days for stock items. If an item is however not available as was the case here we will send an email within 48 hours with a delivery ETA.
We endeavour to ship all orders in a timely fashion and to keep our customers informed at all times.

UPDATE - JANUARY 16TH 2019
We have made a change to our method of sending emails to third party services such as GMAIL , YAHOO , GMX , etc. in an effort to improve delivery rates of automated emails. From the 16.01.2019 emails to these services are routed through a third party SMTP service. We will monitor delivery and response rates from these third party email services over the coming days however we believe this is the only solution. Gmail for example will still consider the emails as SPAM however they will not refuse the emails and they will be added to the SPAM folder were the recipient can retrieve and change their setting to receive the emails to their
IN folder.
The sending of other emails to Irish and EU based email servers will not be affected and these emails will be routed through our email server in Ireland as normal.

Received a free static band which was helpful
Cons: Didn't get a call or text from the delivery guy at all, any other delivery company will try let me know when there close by, so I left for the shop and came back to my neighbour handing my product to me.

Nightline send an email to you on the morning of the delivery and we send you an email the business day prior to the delivery.
Nightline are not authorised to deliver to a third party address including the address of a neighbour.

I am sending a formal complain to Nightline as it is not acceptable that they delivered to your neighbour.
Our policy is very clear which is that the delivery must be to the address on the order and never to any third party address
The Reply we received was Nightline management was as follows ( Friday 30th of November 2018 )
" It is normal procedure for private addressed deliveries to be delivered to a neighbour is the receiver is not home and that the driver should place a card in the letterbox advising of this and unfortunately we cannot change this procedure "
This reply from Nightline goes against the agreement we have in place with Nightline from the 12th of November 2015 and
we will be taking the matter up with them in January 2019.
In Nightlines defense the volumes increase in November and DEcember and mistakes can be made by individuals.
In our experience Nightlines service has been second to none with very few issues over the last 3 years.
We will however discuss with them why they have changed their policies without informing ourselves.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Great service, but one minor quibble around shipping addresses
The only "complaint" I have is that the province in the shipping address includes England, which caused me a moment of panic when I thought I'd shipped to England instead of Ireland! Aside from that, the service was excellent, and I would recommend again.

but we do not populate the checkout or registration address with the exception of the country " Ireland " or " United Kingdom " being populated basewd on the IP Address you are visisting the website from.
Can you plesse email a screenshot to sales@custompcparts.ie and we will take a closer look to see why this happened to you.
It would also be a good idea for you to use a WHATS MY IP ADDRESS tool ( just google the capitals) to see if your IP Address matches your physical location.

I can only find one valid order on our system associated with your email address and this order is from the 4th of October 2018 and is for an AMD Ryzen 2600 Retail Boxed Processor.
Our returns policy is transparent and straight forward.
If a customer makes a genuine mistake we will always assist with the return of an item which has been ordered in error.
If however the item has been in use and or has been removed from its protective packing we reserve the right to refuse a return or if we do accept
the return we may apply a restocking charge. These are however rare occurrences.
I do however note that there is 1 other failed order associated with your email address from the same day which contained the components to use the Ryzen 2600 in a build and I can see that the motherboard on this order is suitable for the Ryzen 2600. The reason for the DELCINED payment on the other orders is an issue for your card issue/bank and not a matter for ourselves.
The order that was processed and paid for at 21.50 on the 04.10.2018 was shipped to you on the 08.10.2018.
If you have a genuine reason for returning an item please inform our support team @ our help desk and they will endeavour to offer support.

This was my first time dealing with this company and I cannt praise them enough. Emailed them as I wasn't sure what part I needed. The got straight back to me and gave me link to the correct part. The delivery was next day litterly. I was having an issue fitting the part and they rang me the next morning to tell me how to get it to work . I would recommend them to everyone.
