Hi I bought a few parts from Custompcparts.ie . The parts are a mother board Gigabyte B360 , ram, and they all came well packaged and on time. I bought these over a year ago and are still working as they should . I had forgotten about to leave a review, I recently bought a bottle of cpu cleaning fluid and it came on time well packaged and got emails to update on delivery etc. I would recommend to anyone looking for parts at a competitive prices.

I'd suggest that you let customers know before changing parts on their orders. I prefer gigabyte over msi that's why I've order gigabyte. I don't cost anything to ring or email your customers before doing this "upgrades"

Awfully slow delivery.
Misleading information about delivery times is my biggest issue. While in the banner throughout the page they advertise 3-5 business day delivery, order placed on a weekend arrived 7th working day; and I live in the same county.
I do not believe the goods is located in Ireland at the time of sale!
If you're in a hurry, avoid.

The order was delivered to the Nightline DEPOT on Friday morning and sat there until Tuesday morning. I received the order on Tusday, on the 7th business day.
You contracted the delivery company, it's your responsibility that they deliver on time.
Yes you have note on your web about brexit. It says that it will affect orders DURING April 2019 and until the end of April.
It was 19th of May!
Oh an by the way, nothing CLEAR about your delivery times. THROUGHOUT your site on EVERY page it says 3-5 working days delivery.
If it changed, CHANGE THE BANNER!
And that it affects less than 1% of orders? Read through reviews with 3 and fewer stars. That's significantly more than 1% - many of those do have reservations to your delivery times!
Lies and excuses.
Stay away from this crowd if you can help it.

As your order was placed on a Sunday ( 19th ) we processed your order on the 20th of May and shipped on the 23rd of May. I can also see from Nightlines tracking that this order was delivered to you at 13.52 on Friday the 24th of May 2019.
Your order was delivered on the 5th Day which was before the estimated delivery date.
Please note that " BUSINESS DAYS " are Monday to Friday and Exclude weekends and national holidays.

We have detailed why a change was necessary to the delivery terms which moved the 3-5 days to 3-7 business days and as stated on our website this is a measure to ensure continuity of supply post Brexit. Less than 1% of orders however take longer than 5 business days.
Many Irish companies buy from UK distribution and once Brexit takes place this will no longer be possible.
We carry over €500,000 in stock in Ireland which is far more than all of our competitors combined however given the nature of this business it will never be possible to have everything in stock and this is why we receive deliveries from the UK , Germany , Holland and France each day.

We send emails using an automated service which is backup up by Mailgun to ensure all emails we sent are received by the email hosting company ( Gmail , Hotmail , Etc. ).
We however have no control over the spam setting of the email service providers or the account holders.
Your order was placed on the 10th of April at 22.30.28
We sent a PROCESSING email to you at 22.30.34 which was sent within 1 second of your order being received ( It is automated ! )
You will also have received another RECEIPT from PayPal within a few minutes of the order being placed to the email address on PayPal Account.
We sent another email to you on the 11th of April 2019 at 16.30 updating the STATUS of your order
and another email to you on the 19th of April 2019.
If you have not received these email you need to speak with your service provider as I can see your email address is hosted in the United States. It should also be noted that the security status of your account with your payment provided delayed your order as it had to be manually verified. This can happen with accounts that have multiple delivery addresses or were a work delivery address has been added but not verified with your payment provided.
I apologise for the delay with your order but please understand that this was out of our control.
I can confirm that we sent 3 emails to your email address and your payment provider will have sent at least one more.
We have now removed PayPal as a payment option because of their security procedures which have resulted in order delays to our customers.

Unfortunately a limited number of orders are affected by the switch by many vendors ( manufacturers ) from UK distribution to Germany and Holland.
Any customer affected has been notified by email with less than 2% of orders being delayed.
The changes we have made were to ensure continuity of supply and was done to ensure our customers could order as normal in April had the UK exited the EU.
Unfortunately there will be delays with orders at this time as we are switching our logistics from the UK to Germany as we expect serious issues if the UK drops out of the EU. Ireland has always been considered part of UK distribution agreements ( United Kingdom & Ireland ) however this will have to change if the UK leaves the EU. Delivery routes as well as shipping locations will have to change and this affects delivery times. Deliveries into us from Germany would normally go by road from Germany to the UK and then into Ireland however the route is now Germany to Holland and then to France and then to Ireland. The actions we are taking are the only solution to ensure stock after a UK withdrawel from the EU and even with our planning and forethought there will be delays. We state 3-5 business day from datre of order with same day processing cust off of 2.30PM and we have a 99.98% delivery rate within the specified terms we expect the new procedures to exceed the 5 day period on about 7% of orders and we will work to reduce this number once we know which product lines will be most affected. We will still deliver within 5 business days however we do expect price increases in both cost of goods and shipping. We are working hard to ensure customers in Ireland are not left behind and this is why we have taken the steps to preempt brexit by moving our logistics to Germany in early March 2019 rather than wait until April 2019

Goods came well packed, but they did take over a week,without any explanation for delay. I would still order again as prices are competitive

Efficient service.
An easy to navigate website and I could use PayPal which is a bonus. My order didn't arrive within the 3-5 working days so I emailed them. Within a few hours I had a reply and an apology and the next day the items arrived. Without asking I received a small upgrade on one of the items which soothed any ruffled feathers I might have had. All in all I'm happy with the service.

products were great and as ordered. There was an issue with one of the items in my order that delayed delivery, needing me to call to chase. Cust service guy was great and goods arrived promptly following this.

Unacceptable Customer Service
I have returned a faulty power adapter(received that way) three weeks ago and I have yet to receive my refund or get a response. I am very unhappy with the service and how I have been treated as a customer.
