Choosing a new car is exciting and daunting at the same time. Not knowing if the sales person will give the hard sell not giving the customer options of what’s applicable to their needs. Not in this case, having tested 4 different makes of EV I settled on the Cupra Raval. Not only is the car a great product the support given by the sales team in Ipswich was first class. The monthly payment amounts were discussed to suit my affordability. I had a few weeks to think about it with no cold calling.

Horrendous company to deal with! After contacting them and being given incorrect information we are out of pocket by over £7000!!!! Even when they admitted they were in the wrong and we contacted the ombudsman, thanks to their legal team, we were still over £6000 out of pocket. DO NOT YOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE!!!

Due to unavailability of the car salesperson and my impending operation I had to agree the purchase of my new car by telephone. This meant that the finance forms had to be completed online. After a few false starts I managed to complete the forms as requested. However, even after receiving confirmation all were completed, 1 form on your portal kept indicating it was incomplete.
Fortunately everything was in place when I completed the purchase and picked up my new car.

My experience with Sytner (Reading) has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The vehicle was handed over in an unacceptable condition and further issues were identified both inside and outside the car after collection. Dealing with Usman, Dan and Chris (Sales Manager) involved long delays, poor communication and a lack of ownership. Instead of accepting responsibility, I was directed to the finance company to pursue matters myself.
The ongoing issues have caused significant inconvenience, requiring multiple trips, countless emails and calls, and unnecessary disruption to my family.
Communication from Sytner and senior management has been slow and unhelpful throughout, leaving me feeling ignored rather than valued as a customer. For what should have been an exciting new car purchase, the overall customer service experience has been one of the worst I have encountered.

Mark Williamson was a star ambassador for VW and provided superb help throughout all the form filling etc. he kept in touch with us as and when needed. Very good customer service from start to finish

I have been buying my cars from Audi for approximately 15 years. I have always been exceptionally well looked after throughout the whole process. I would like to add a special mention to Mo and Jidu at Guildford who are incredible at what they do. They both make me feel like a valued customer and go the extra mile to deliver service which goes way above and beyond the expected standard. I have followed Mo from Crawley to Guildford Audi and am always so glad that I did! Jidu really went out of her way to source the very car that I wanted, which at first seemed difficult to find, but she did it and I was delighted! I would never go anywhere else and always recommended them to family and friends who have subsequently also bought cars from Audi Guildford.
I had a slight problem with my car and had to go back to the garage (nobody’s fault!). I’d like to add a special mention to Edward Cox who looked after me and updated me throughout the process. Again, he’s level of service and care was exceptional.
Mo, Jidu and Edward are an absolute credit to Audi Guildford and a huge asset to the team!

Car finance has had a lot of negative press, I’ve just taken out my second car finance loan with VWFS.
Very easy to deal with and for me very competitive rates. An easy to use website and very easy to navigate when you need to see how much you owe when wanting to pay off your loan early.

I have had audi finance for 13 years and had no problems with it.
