At the end of these email discussions with Cupra my 2 week old Born needed to go into the garage to be fixed. I had to give them dates that were acceptable to me the first being accepted date and time. The Cupra garage on the day had no knowledge of my booking,but did have all my contact details, so I have had to rearrange for another day to carry out diagnosis with the possibility of have to take it in again to be fixed. The head unit software is bricked after having a ota update at 5 days after delivery. 1 star not really justified as I could not give 0
