Showroom is welcoming with staff available to talk to. There is no high pressure sales used with plenty opportunity to wander & look at the cars in stock.
Kyle was knowledgeable about the car & products he was selling.

No clarity on any finance document when initial payment was due, took money out without notification, bank account went overdrawn, will be reporting to bank when back from holiday, would not recommend.

Without doubt they are the worst car finance company that I have had the misfortune to deal with ever!
Their online forms crash, their phone options don't have the options that you require, they take so long to answer the phone, their bots are useless and frustrating and you are put on hold for too long without apology, passed around from pillar to post and answered by clueless poorly trained staff that clearly don't care about the customer.
Absolutely sick of this useless company. How do they have such poorly trained clueless staff-does nobody do any checks of any kind??
Stay clear and use anyone else!

Customer service is so poor I don't know how they get away with it. No clear communication, they continually don't uphold genuine complaints and there's so many different telephone numbers and digital options when you do manage to find the right number. I can't stand this company and will never touch anything associated with Volkswagon ever again.

Experience could have been better on my old car going back. Issue was upon collection they did not fulfil giving and completing my V5C. When I rang VW financial services they said it was nothing to do with them.
I now have sorted it .
New car , no issues with VW financial services at present.

A tortuous process. Having submitted my finance paperwork and picked up my new car, I was subsequently twice contacted to resubmit the same paperwork due to VW 'procedural errors'. This delay resulted in me paying an aditional month's payment for my old part-exchanged car (which I no longer owned) because my previous finance hadn't been cancelled; I was then asked to pay 48 installments for my new car. It took a lot to get VW to understand that I had paid a month's payment for someone else's car and get the situation resolved.

New CUPRA Formentor VZN Owner! 😃🚗💨

Maciej Wieczorek and David Pike from CUPRA Hatfield made my dream come true in September 2026!

I travelled all the way from Manchester to London in search of a CUPRA Formentor VZ3 or VZN. After visiting several dealerships, CUPRA Hatfield stood out from the rest, thanks to the warm welcome I received from Maciej.

Maciej took the time to explain everything about the VZN, from its sporty body styling and exhaust to the infotainment system, before taking me out for a test drive. And honestly, the moment I got behind the wheel, I knew this was the car I wanted! 😍

After discussing the figures with Maciej and David, I said YES! 🙌 The very next day, I received the fantastic news that my car was ready for collection! 🚗💨

The only downside was that the previous primary user hadn't been removed from the vehicle's system. This meant I had to visit my local CUPRA dealership to have a “Virtual replacement of primary user” carried out after a week of waiting.

Once that was sorted and I was finally registered as the primary user, everything fell into place, and the overall experience went from 8/10 to 100/10! 😂🔥

Choosing a new car is exciting and daunting at the same time. Not knowing if the sales person will give the hard sell not giving the customer options of what’s applicable to their needs. Not in this case, having tested 4 different makes of EV I settled on the Cupra Raval. Not only is the car a great product the support given by the sales team in Ipswich was first class. The monthly payment amounts were discussed to suit my affordability. I had a few weeks to think about it with no cold calling.
