Extremely disappointing experience with Audi Financial Services.

My vehicle is approaching the end of its contractual lease, and I have simply been trying to arrange its return in accordance with my agreement.

Despite numerous emails, Audi initially directed me to a booking portal that I could not use because they had failed to provide the required reference number.

I was then informed that my vehicle return had been processed as an **early termination**, despite never requesting or authorising this.

This is particularly concerning because Audi's correspondence refers to a reduced mileage allowance and potential additional charges associated with early termination.

Audi had previously confirmed my final payment date and instructed me to arrange collection afterwards. Why has a straightforward end-of-contract return now been treated as an early termination?

I have raised a formal complaint and made it clear that I will challenge any charges arising from an incorrectly processed termination, including through the Financial Ombudsman Service or legal proceedings if necessary.

**Returning a leased vehicle at the end of an agreement should be straightforward. Instead, I'm having to spend my time protecting myself against potential charges I never agreed to.**

Very poor communication, contradictory information and a complete lack of confidence in how my agreement is being handled.

I expect Audi Financial Services to correct this immediately and provide written confirmation that my agreement will end on its contractual terms without any unauthorised early termination charges.

Not happy with an issue not covered by warranty when it should have been due to other warranty parts being on back order i lost out with another warranty claim not being covered

Id verification needs to be improved as had problems with this . The photo id would not capture so ended up going to VW dealership with id .

Managed to get my license plate wrong

Good to be able to sign online. Quite a lot of forms to fill and if I remember correctly the verification process seemed a bit demanding when I had already provided verification of ID to the dealer but I guess it was necessary. Very happy with the deal and the car.

Happy with the service we received and the new vehicle. Felt looked after through the transaction and treated as a valued customer.

My recent visit to Belfast Audi was exceptional. A 5 Star experience from being greeted at the front desk, all the way through to the handover of my new car.

I ordered a new Skoda Kamiq from Richmond Motors on 19 Aug and collected it on 26 Sep. They offered me a "RMG Premier Extended Warranty", on the basis of it offering the same terms as Skoda's own new-car warranty, which the day before I was due to collect the car, turned out to be a VERY inferior Mechanical Breakdown Insurance product, which I immediately cancelled. At NO TIME in the whole process did Richmond offer, or even mention, the possibility of my purchasing, with the car, an extension to Skoda's own warranty. Appalling business practices

After some poor advice from VW who sold us the car we had to change our mileage allowance, the interest rate was then more expensive in addition to the extra mileage. We have used VW finance services for many years with other cars and the service has always seemed good and fair at the time.

Experience was fine except regarding our security deposit, which has still not been returned three weeks later. Frankly, this has spoiled the otherwise good service.
