Very hassle free transaction.
Everything was seamless and customer service was fantastic.

Poor communication and terrible at handling complaints. Never reply to emails. Customer support also gives out conflicting information. Next step is ombudsman.

Total fiasco with a simple everyday new car purchase

Very disappointing experience with VWFS. I repeatedly chased VWFS and BCA for an earlier vehicle collection, but was offered a date 26 days later and told I had to keep paying for the duration. I eventually found a choice of appointments for the following week myself through the online portal, yet neither company could explain why they had been withheld from me.

After raising a complaint, I was then hit with £110 in damage charges that appear to have been invented, as my collection inspection report graded the vehicle A with no damage recorded. VWFS has agreed to remove the charges as a “gesture of goodwill” — but this isn't goodwill; in my view, the charges were raised in error. Despite requesting the photographs, VWFS has failed to provide the evidence needed to explain the discrepancy.

The lack of transparency and accountability has seriously undermined my confidence in VWFS and my message to anyone considering them is to AVOID.

Easy comms, digital signing was easy, all set up excellently by staff.

It was made easy by our sales advisor and the amount we were paying was very satisfactory . Everything was explained very well and we received all documentation.

2 problems with vw dealer and still no response from vw finance. Just on the verge of vehicle rejection.

A full detailed long email has been sent to Volkswagen. An automated email reply from them has been received. We will see if anything will be fixed.

I was helped through the finance and Insurance by patient friendly staff. Particular thanks to ‘Drew’ at Aberdeen Audi. Follow up by Audi excellent.

I have been advised and helped throughout my contract with minimal intrusion. I have found VWFS to be a valuable backstop to the whole concept of car purchase/hire.

My experience with VW finance was explained to me so clear and understanding how the process was and quick too . Will use them again for sure.

Through out the experience from getting ordering to record car. The customer service was first class.

David also helped with all problems I had with my finance and my charger.

Both of there responses were always speedy.

We required the matter to be dealt with as a matter of high importance. We were down to just one car and it was costing us £300 a week in Rentals.

Different dealerships were coming up with deals for vehicles which weren't suitable and prices that didn't match. Skoda Winchester Lauren Dumigan was the star of the show. She managed to find a better car at a price we were happy in just 72 hours from looking to collection!
