Rita went above and beyond to help me find a car. I have been with audi for 7 years now and due to personal reasons I didn't think my journey with audi would be able to continue!
Audi Coventry pulled it out the bag and found me an amazing deal on such a beautiful A1.

The switchover from my old finance arrangement to my new (vehicle) one wad relatively seamless - achieved with minimal effort on my part.

After what can only be described as a shambolic and stressful experience with the original salesman in the dealership who sold us the car and did not do as we asked, I was very surprised by the lack of transparency with the errors made by the financial services team. I received a letter dated 15 October advising there had been an error but did not explain what it was. The original agreement was for £436.99 pcm but the revised one was £446.85 pcm. I am disappointed that the £345 deposit, which we were led to believe was to be claimed by the dealership admin team as a one off payment, but despite our instructions has apparently been added to the loan and incurred significant interest over the term. Please could this be escalated into a formal complaint with either yourselves or liaising with the dealership. This has been a wholly stressful experience which I would not like to repeat again. I need a full explanation of what has gone wrong. I am a customer of long standing and frankly expect better.

The end to end process was easy to understand and explained in a way that everyone could understand.
The salesman didn't push me, he just explained the benefits of the offers and ways to pay

I have spent 3 days trying to contact Customer Services to arrange an inspection and collection date however I have spent over an hour each day in a queue that does not go down. I constantly get told the queue is 20 minutes, it is not.
I have currently been waiting 30 minutes.
In addition the initial 'Options' states to press '1' if i want to arrange inspection and collection. After 10 minutes the @transfer Team' answers and after asking how they can help and hearing my answer that I want to speak about inspection and collection, they put me through to the team that deals with this! That was the Option 1 I had pressed wasn't it?

Straightforward service offered by Skoda. Options presented well by staff at Donnellys Skoda Dungannon.
