Kevin took over my car purchase from another sales person and could not be more professional and helpful. So accommodating and patient. Very detailed in explaining everything and handover of the vehicle. I will say that the staff were overworked and understaffed at this location and I really felt for the staff. Kevin was absolutely non stop and though he was cool as a cucumber I do feel all the staff had way too much to do and resulting in a rushed atmosphere and waiting around for those collecting cars. Just not enough people for the customers in my view.

I recently purchased a car and couldn't be happier with the excellent service I received. The member of staff who dealt with me was extremely friendly, welcoming and professional, making the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was explained clearly without any pressure. I felt valued as a customer throughout the process. All very straight forward and easy process

Customer service was excellent, talked us through everything from the car and financial details

Instead of giving me a list of documents required on first instance. I ended up providing 3 sets of different details. Would gave been much better asking fir every thing furst hand. The you could filter out what was required. I almost told tge dealership to forget the deal.i I was getting stressed out.

Smooth and fast process. No unexpected delays.

We wanted another Cupra Ateca 300 but production has stopped. We decided to keep the one we had until we decided on another car. Our salesman, Gary, found a Cupra Ateca Vz2 at another garage and we bought that one one. The old one was a great car and we hope this one will be as good.

Despite multiple months of emails and phone calls nothing was sorted with regards to my service or finance plans showing up on the account. Gave multiple reasons but not sorted and no response to final email. Changed both our cars, though the final settlement was paid still kept saying and sending letters that it was paid though the exchange was done with Audi dealer. For a big company their Audi finance account for individuals is not on par and the call centre is not helpful apart from going around in circles repeatedly explaining the same things to different people!! Not happy with either of them

Having worked with volkswagen finance on getting funding arranged for my customers they have always been very efficient and easy to deal with!
And now i’m a customer with them, i’m equally as impressed!
