I have been with Curaleaf for almost a year now and it has been great. I recently had an issue with deliveries and the wonderful Sam from patient support resolved my issue straight away and with no issues or fuss. Sam was extremely helpful and polite and I can't thank them enough for all their help. If you are looking for a pharmacy I would highly recommend Curaleaf

My experience with Curaleaf Clinic was nothing short of diabolical from start to finish. Prescriptions were consistently delayed due to constant stock issues, and the customer service was shockingly unhelpful. When I finally decided to leave, they failed to provide the correct information needed to onboard with another provider, causing severe stress and unnecessary delays. I strongly advise staying well clear of this company, edited as the response from them say they would be willing to discuss but I have called in multiple times and they still haven't sent over the document and are very unhelpful when I try discuss with them.

Dreadful. Two failed deliveries & they refused to contact the courier. Then a damaged parcel with a damaged product inside the squashed box. Again they refused to sort it out. Bank sorted it but then they refused to send my items. Rock n a hard place innit when you get your money back but then get blacklisted even though the law is supposed to protect the customer. Do not use.

Absolute incompetence with their ordering system setup has accepted me not entering a full delivery address I'm now left with no medication while I await redelivery!! That's me looking at alternatives now. Update: I'd already reached out as you know just to be told I can use an alternative address which you already had so why this happened I don't know 🤷‍♂️I'm now assuming it's another app issue

Recently had an issue with a vape cart that was not working. Molly from Curaleaf was very helpful and professional in resolving the issue.

On a wider note, all of my interactions with staff at Curaleaf clinic or Pharmacy have been excellent.

Julie was incredibly fast, efficient and polite. Got my problem sorted out in literally 2 short messages.

2 weeks to get prescription done, payed 2 days ago not even been dispatched. £400 if not sent out tomorrow will be claiming back from bank plus interest. Absolute shambles, I thought the partner company was bad until dealing with these guys. Do yourself a favour stay clear of this company and do some homework on them. These reviews are not accurate at all

Disappointing Service and Unacceptable Delays for Essential Medication
I've been using Curaleaf for a while now, and unfortunately, the service seems to have gone downhill considerably.
When I first joined, the process from ordering to receiving my medication was quick and efficient. Lately, however, the delays have become increasingly frustrating. I'm now left waiting days for my prescribed medication, with no guaranteed dispensing date other than being told it could take up to seven working days after payment.
This isn't an ordinary online purchase. We're talking about prescribed medication that patients rely on as part of their treatment. Being left without medication while waiting for an order to be processed is simply not good enough.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is the lack of certainty. When contacting customer support, I'm given standard responses about how hard the pharmacy is working and how quickly orders are usually processed, but that doesn't actually solve the problem for someone who is already out of medication.
I have a friend who uses Mamedica and tells me they offer guaranteed next-day delivery. That certainly makes me question why I'm continuing to use a service where even getting my medication dispensed within a reasonable timeframe seems to be an issue.
I understand that pharmacies can experience operational delays, but patients shouldn't have to constantly worry about whether their medication will arrive on time.
I've been happy with Curaleaf in the past, but a previously good service doesn't excuse the deterioration in reliability. If things don't improve, I'll seriously consider transferring to another provider.

Curaleaf really needs to remember that behind every order is a patient who depends on receiving their medication, not just another number in a queue.

Ordered medication and was given delivery date which I waited in for. Their delivery service knew this was medication and refused to deliver to my address as the driver was scared to leave his van by his own admission. Absolutley ridiculous excuse and deliberatley left me without medication. Curaleaf have made no attempt whatsoever to resolve this despite admitting this was not my fault and they continue to leave me without medication which is urgentley required. Under the consumer rights act Curaleaf are directly responsible for ensuring medication is delivered on time whichever courier service they choose to use so do not listen if they try to dismiss you and say its a courier issue. Have offered ways to resolve this which their courier service have confirmed they can do but only if instructed by Curaleaf. Legal action commenced for clinical negligence leading to delayed treatment. Will update this post as the case progresses for others who have experienced issues with this pharmacy and may wish to take legal action themselves.

10 star Dr Hazlett hope I spelt that right . Thank god for this man . A proper gent . Called me. To see how I was getting on with a change in prescription. I was quiet surprised but delighted as I had a few questions which he answered. All and all a highly recommended . Clinician .

At the moment myself along with other patients are going over a week without medication due to massive delays to orders being accepted and delivered. Nothing has been communicated to patients about upcoming delays.

When I first signed up at the beginning of the year, my deliveries came within 1 - 2 days and I was recommending the service to others, whereas now you cannot know for certain if ordering 2 weeks in advance will get you your prescribed medication on time.

This has left some people (including myself) having to start swapping clinics because of the uncertainty and anxiety its causing. I do recommend people look elsewhere for peace of mind as the minimum we need as patients is the medicine being delivered :/

EDIT: I want to add that the doctors I have spoken to have been nothing but professional and kind, I have no issues with the staff.

The Curaleaf pharmacy is really letting the company down. When I joined last year it was very good and it was sent almost next day as should be the case. Over the last few months it's become terrible. Never having the strain's you need and taking ages to send out medication. Totally unacceptable considering you are dealing with patients who rely on the service. I will be leaving curaleaf and will be encouraging others to do the same. More interested in money than patients. Very, very disappointed with them.

Just like to say all the staff at curaleaf have went above and beyond for me. In 4 years I've only had 1 issue. Which was when new dpd driver couldn't find address. Understandable cos it was a bit hard to find. Overall I'd give 10 stars as always quick to answer and resolve anything without any hassle. Thankyou ladies n gentlemen at curaleaf. I have been a customer since may 2025 and I know they say they have delivery time set saying up to 2/3 days but since I joined I have been getting next day delivery since I joined so to now be waiting longer isn’t acceptable as it means going days without medication and to say well order earlier isn’t acceptable either as we can only by when the money is there. I see recently you have adverts everywhere and a quick google states you have many new customers then it’s a bit obvious this is the issue im currently sitting with no medication or clue when I will receive. Delivery requires me to wait for emails before I can make plans and the unpredictability of this delivery method means you can plan days or appointments to deal with mental health issues. Currently 3 days without medication and the pharmacy and patient support know this and I read online that’s it’s a breach of care according to the general pharmaceutical council.

Curaleaf pharmacy has helped me in more ways than I can summarise in a message. I did recently have to change address and due to time and circumstances I could not produce the relevant documentation. I provided an alternative source of documentation showing new address and customer support agent Claire from curaleaf pharmacy helped me take care of the issue.

Overall the team including Nathaniel my consultant with curaleaf clinic and Claire the customer service representative with curaleaf pharmacy has been really professional and friendly.
