Why oh why can we not leave a ‘no star’…
Why oh why can we not leave a ‘no star’ review…… On behalf of my partner. Ordered 3 weeks ago and parcel has been lost. Dpd confirmed as lost (as it seems a lot of parcels have been during March 2026). Plenty of emails and phone calls but he is having to wait until their full investigation has been completed before they will even entertain a resolution. The fact is the parcel has gone missing (nicked) and he is £xxx out of pocket but Releaf will not supply the prescription that’s been paid for. So far we have got to expecting an email for him to put a code into, which then gets sent back to Releaf to authorise. Looks like another 2 weeks wait at least
