I called in today to get some information about my medication I was concerned with Lynn she was amazing answered my quick and efficiently A*** thank you Lynn

Tragic experience, do not bother with this company unless you want to keep suffering from your condition whilst they hold your money.

The only time the pharmacy was able to dispense the requested medicine in time (without a 1-2 week delay MINIMUM) was the very first time I ordered from them. Every, single, subsequent order has been more and more delayed despite continuous complaints.
They are completely incapable of keeping track of orders and I’ve had to contact the clinic multiple times to ensure my orders were actually in the systems and/or in the process of delivery with Royal Mail.

Genuinely amazing experience. My first clinic was Releaf and they were ridiculously expensive (£120 for 10g) plus postage. Curaleaf has been half the price for me! My first prescription was Lavender Cake which was excellent. All the Doctors have been very attentive and supportive. Just received my next prescription of Tripoli and the freshness of the flower is perfect. Overall easy going, amazing prices, oh and my delivery this week took 48 hours! Very pleased!

Today i spoke with nushra from curaleaf pharmacy and was very grateful for her conversation and her help with my order, i always feel satisfied when speaking with the curaleaf pharmacy staff especially Lynn and bushra heir accents are amazing and very welcoming thankyou to tem both

Very good products. Got Gastro pop by four20 which was great and just got a vape cart and device delivered which is working great and is good quality. Order delivered quickly.

I have found this company to be efficient. The staff I have dealt with have been empathetic, helpful and knowledgeable. I have had consultations with a number of doctors all of whom I have found to be personable and understanding, Dr Richard Hazlett I have found to have been particularly knowledgeable.

Today I spoke to Lynn from the pharmacy to sort an issue with my prescription she was very helpful and friendly also turned out it was my miss understanding but still very helpful non the less

I ordered and paid for my cannabis prescription 4 weeks ago, and I’m still waiting for Curaleaf to fulfil my prescription. Spoke with a couple of agents via phone & live chat and they were really arrogant and not helpful at all. Was asked to send proof of payment, which I have forwarded email confirmation and a copy of my credit card statement - but now they are saying that payment has never been made.

I’ve now started the process of leaving Curaleaf and joining another more professional pharmacy.

Lynn was very helpful about delivery instructions given to DPD.

Amazing company, incredibly responsive of there are any issues not that I have had many. They have great customer service and the ease of being able to book an appointment or contact pharmacy team to discuss things is brilliant. I'm disabled and I find my medication from Curaleaf has helped me so much with my pain and my mood.

Patient Support Co-Ordinator Olivia was fantastic and a great help in resolving my issue.

Even with complications of no ones fault, Lynn was a messenger/angel bearing good news that left me remembering just how friendly and personable everyone I've interacted with has been, but the call out of the blue and making it as easy as possible for me was a level of care sadly rare to encounter elsewhere as a doubly disabled person

I spoke with Olivia on 8th May and Julie on 11th May. Both were extremely helpful and efficient in resolving my delivery query. The whole ordering process with Curaleaf Pharmacy is efficient and stress free. Curaleaf show how customer service should be done. No awful chatbots, just promptly answered phones by friendly human beings.

Bushra was very helpful and kind. I got a bit muddled and she explained to me what happened and how to sort it. Very grateful :)

I had a problem after changing my address but Kate guided me through and success was achieved.
