Great service and knowledge
I was extremely happy with the service provided by Lauren Whelan from start to finish. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I was about to give up on travel agents altogether until I met Lauren. She always replied quickly and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure to deal with someone that actually knew what they are doing and was happy to help.

2028 Anthem of the Seas
Booked our 2028 trip through CruiseAbout and it was seamless. Our agent, Tom Liardo, was incredibly professional and secured an amazing balcony cabin. The booking process was fast, efficient, and Tom proactively handled all documentation. My husband and I have never been on a cruise before and we went into Cruiseabout West Lakes to find out more about a holiday.
We spoke to Amber who not only answered all of our dumb questions without making us feel silly but managed to make us feel like we were having family conversation about cruising.
We booked a taster cruise and if we enjoy it we will be back talking to Amber from Cruiseabout to book New Zealand.
