Robyn, no question is ever silly when you're planning a cruise, it can be quite complex! We're glad Karen was able to help you through the process. Looking forward to hearing how your trip goes!
Helpful with good service
My booking consultant was so helpful in finding two adjoining cabins for my son, myself and my great grand daughter aboard the Carnival Splendor, particularly as it was a last minute booking. She was very polite and understanding and answered all my enquiries. I am an elderly person and it was nice to talk to someone who had patience with me. Looking forward to our cruise. Gloria Lamb

Gloria, three generations on the Carnival Splendor sounds like a trip to remember. Finding adjoining cabins last minute takes some doing and we're so pleased it all came together for you.
Really good experience
Really good experience - Melanie was amazing at finding us a solution to fit our needs and our budget. When the airline changed the flight details close to the departure date, she sorted it all out - got our flights and tickets reissued and made sure everything was in place for our trip - really takes the pressure off!
