We recently booked our Carnival Splendor cruise to Fiji through Cruiseabout, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received from Toral.
From the very beginning, Toral was thorough, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. She always followed up promptly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.
On the day we boarded the ship, I realised that I had accidentally packed our daughter's travel insurance documents in our suitcase instead of keeping them with us. As travel insurance was required for embarkation, I called Toral while we were standing in the queue. She responded immediately and sent through a copy of the insurance documents, allowing us to board without any issues. We were so grateful for her quick thinking and outstanding customer service.
Toral's communication, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile gave us complete confidence throughout the entire booking process. We highly recommend her to anyone planning a holiday and sincerely thank her for her exceptional service.

Fantastic trip to UK and Europe
We just came back from an extended trip to Uk and Europe!! Leila, our travel agent was AMAZING!!! She saved us over $1,000 each on our cruise and booked us in a stateroom in a great location and gave us great tips to use onboard. She then got fantastic prices for our flights with Ethihad. Sadly then the war broke out and we were worried but Leila had contingency plans in place for us before we even asked her! She was so reassuring and organised! Luckily the war settled and our flights went ahead as planned.
I was then travelling on my own and Leila helped me with this part. She was so interested and helpful and even rang someone in France to get the correct information regarding train travel in a particular area in France I was trying to get to.
She booked me on a flight from Marseille to Rome so I could meet family there. However my flight was cancelled which meant I wasn’t going to be there on time to meet my daughters, and I wasn’t able to contact the airline. I rang Leila and she came to my rescue and sorted everything for me and it was her day off!!! This just showed me how professional and caring she is. Not many would have done that on their day off!!
If you need a travel agent, Leila is the one!!! She is professional, super organised, extremely competent and knowledgeable, but above all actually cares about you and is so enthusiastic in helping plan your trip!!

That moment alone speaks volumes. But it's the whole picture that makes this so special. Having contingency plans ready before you even thought to ask, calling France to track down train information and supporting you through solo travel in unfamiliar territory.
