Sharing photos and suggestions along the way, on top of pulling together an 8 week itinerary across flights, hotels, cruise and rail, is Mallory at our Mornington store bringing her whole self to the job, Irene. That's the kind of relationship we hope every customer finds with an advisor. Thank you for trusting her with holiday after holiday.

Professional and friendly service
Professional and friendly service. My questions were answered fully, ensuring I was joining the right cruise to fit my expectations for my first visit to Alaska. I was wanting a small vessel with access to remote areas in the hope of seeing wildlife and having great photographic opportunities. Many thanks to Toral, who did a great job helping me.
19 augusti 2026
Svar från Cruiseabout
Judith, wanting a small vessel that gets into Alaska's remote corners for wildlife and photography is such a specific vision, and it says a lot that Toral understood exactly what you needed rather than just offering the easiest option. First trips to Alaska deserve that kind of attention. Thank you for sharing this.

There are two things in this review worth noting, Giovanna. Rachel found exactly the flights you wanted, and she was consistently professional the whole way through, not just on a good day. Thank you for recognising both.

Ronald, going from browsing online to getting the extra hotel stay, the better cabin and a payment method that suited you is exactly the kind of follow-through we want every enquiry to lead to. So happy to hear Duan was able to help you though the process.
