We’re truly sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
As per our store policy, in-store purchases are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. However, since your order was placed online for in-store pickup, we made an exception and processed a refund for you. Unfortunately, your visit was on a Saturday when management was not present, and for security and verification purposes, refunds must be authorized by management or e-commerce staff.
We kindly recommend that in the future, if a refund is needed for an online order, please call ahead to ensure that the appropriate team member is available to assist you promptly.
While we were unable to process your refund on the spot, we did issue the full refund first thing Monday morning. We hope this shows our commitment to resolving the issue fairly, even if there was a short delay.

Always friendly and helpful here! I pretty much buy all of my cake pans from Crown Cookware. They’re the best quality and my cake layers always come out perfectly! The selection for pots, pans, kitchenware and more is great here as well :)

Quality Canadian bakeware
Good quality bakeware from Canada. Wish it didn’t ship with the packing peanuts but I think these are the biodegradable type. Would be nice to have a note to make sure that was the case.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, and the young lady at the front asked if there was anything she could help me with. I told her what I was looking for, and she directed me in the right direction. Prices are phenomenal, and the selection is absolutely amazing!
