Customer service in the store was great
The service was great however, I came all the way from Richmond Hill after viewing a Tik Tok video that claimed that your products were made in Canada. Turns out only some of the products sold are made in Canada. I felt the video was misleading.

Thank you for your feedback. I want to assure you that we never provide false information on our social media. In fact, approximately 80% of our products are proudly made in Canada at our facility.
We are careful in all our posts and advertisements to clearly indicate which products are made in Canada, and we never claim a product is Canadian-made if it is manufactured overseas. On our website, all Canadian-made products are clearly labeled.
For example, the following items are made in our facility:

Stainless steel rings
Rectangle and square cake pans
Cookie sheets
Rum baba molds
Crème caramel cups
Angel cake pans

Excellent products, outstanding customer service
I have had excellent experience using Crown Cookware products in home baking, and believe that all serious home bakers would achieve excellent, consistent, evenly-baked results using their products.
In fact, I am so impressed, instead of purchasing products from my former bakeware brand, USA PANS, I have decided to make all my bakeware purchases from Crown Cookware exclusively.
This decision is based on three factors:
1) exposure to several different standard and specialty bakeware products purchased both online and in their factory store;
2) very positive experiences with knowledgeable and personable customer service staff (face-to-face, telephone, and email);
3) developing respect for the excellent design, quality, durability and performance of the products, as demonstrated in my own kitchen, with reliable, repeatable baking results and easy cleanup.
I am very pleased to recommend Crown Cookware to other home bakers!
