I placed my first order for one of the bags. The order arrived within 3 days and was beautifully packaged and well organised. The wool is soft, the tools excellent and tutorial very easy to follow. I love the colours, range of handles and that everything you need is all there. I am looking forward to ordering more from their great range.

What an amazing kit. Materials and equipment all provided and top notch quality. Clear instructions and helpful support videos. I love my completed bag.

Box arrived with everything in it but I decided I wanted a different colour. I messaged customer service and asked if I could return so I could get another one. They said if I left a good review they would send me yarn. I said I would be happy to leave a review once yarn had been received as if I left a good review I the may not receive the yarn. Took about a week or so as messages are only replied to around 2am think from China. but they did send me a different colour yarn ad I have just started the bag, I haven't crochet before and so far I am really enjoying it and the yarn seems really good quality. I cannot fault the product one star taken off be because they should not ask for a review before dealing with an issue you have.

My son purchased the Sunny Holiday bag for me for my birthday. I’ve never crocheted before! The kit is amazing, everything you need is included. Had trouble accessing the online tutorials but a quick email to customer service solved this issue, they responded within 24 hours! Really enjoying my first experience & will definitely buy more kits!

Placed an order for three bag kits. One bag kit arrived extremely quickly the others got stuck in evri for a considerable amount of time (the backlog of Christmas gifts stuck in Evri made the news at this time), but everything arrived eventually. The bag kits are well packaged, everything required to make the bags was included, even small items such as sewing needles, thread, tape measure, stitch markers and crochet hooks.  The quality of everything seems very good. Paper instructions and very easy to follow video instructions were included with instructions for left handed as well as right handers. There were multiple videos for different sections of the bags which was very helpful. I contacted customer service a few times Terry was helpful, and always replied. Ordered the Aveline bag, beach tote and the Garden Bee. The Aveline bag is very easy to make, it’s a flat woven nylon yarn and is absolutely beautiful when finished. The beach tote, little trickier, as getting the yarn tension just right can take a few goes to get used to the thick cotton yarn,  but still very beautiful and enjoyable to make. The bags are well thought out, well finished and plenty of yarn is included. Garden bee is still boxed. I am very happy with my order and would definitely not hesitate to order again. Order took three weeks to arrive.

Wrong wool sent in box. Wool had clearly been used by someone else.
Torn wrapper for wool so I can’t read the care instructions.

No paper instructions.
No code to video for instructions.

Curt email from someone called Terry who then sent me the WRONG code for the vide for a completely different product. Ignored all my queries even though it took over a day to get a response.

Terrible service and product. Avoid.

I really enjoy the process of making the bag. The set contains all you need and the instructions are easy to follow.
It takes quite some time to finish the large Garden Bee Bag but I personally like bigger projects that keep me occupied for a while.
The yarn of good quality and has a beatiful, rich colour.
I already ordered a new set.

After reading some of the negative reviews I was worried that I had made a mistake in purchasing.

I needn't have worried, my package arrived this morning (22.01.26) Beautifully packaged, I opened carefully and was delighted with the contents. All excellent quality, I am looking forward to starting this project.

Hearthside Rainbow Blanket Kit, it arrived a lot quicker than I was expecting. I crochet a lot so Im using my own hook as the ones provided aren’t as good. Working on it now, it’s a very basic pattern so don’t need the tutorial (it’s just a big granny square) I took a star off as the yarn is poorly spun in quite a few places and I’ve had to rejoin some sections as the joins aren’t great either, but it is pretty and I’m looking forward to the finished product

This was so much fun! It’s also the perfect size purse! I cannot recommend this crochet project enough! The video made this kit so accessible. I love that everything you need comes in one box. I cannot wait to get another kit!

I bought a kit to crochet a bag, it included 2 x balls of yarn. One of them was lots of off cuts tied together. I emailed them and they said if I left them a review on Facebook I could have a discount. I left a review and they said they couldn’t see it and that I also had to leave one on Trustpilot before I could have my discount. Despite me emailing a screenshot of the Facebook review twice, they are no longer responding to my emails so I don’t believe I would have ever received the discount. I don’t think it’s right for a company to bribe people into leaving them good reviews, and I can only presume that this is how they have good reviews. If goods are faulty it should be rectified by the company without bribery.

Bought the granny Bag Crochet kit and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Everything was contained in neat packages and it was very well presented. The yarn looked like great quality with a subtle sheen to it.

Initially I wasn't impressed with the booklet instructions as I found them a little confusing. The video tutorial went too fast but I am an experienced crocheter so I soon figured out the pattern. Once I got into the rhythm the bag was surprisingly easy although it took a few evenings to complete. Inserting the handle and finishing the project was really easy.

All in all this was a very pleasurable project and the fact that everything is included for completion was a huge bonus.

For recommendation I would suggest that the hooks included are too flimsy for the purpose as the yarn is thick and made the silicone handle keep sliding out. A bamboo hook might be better. Also improving the video tutorial by slowing down at the tricky parts of the pattern. I would definitely buy from them again though and I'm delighted with my little bag.

I ordered a black crochet kit but was sent green. I emailed the company and they sent me replacement cotton. Can't wait to start my project.

Ordered and received the Hearthside blanket kit. Beautiful presentation. Very pretty box, sealed until I opened it. Wonderful contents arranged so pretty.
Everything I need to make the blanket is in the box. Yarn very soft, I cannot wait to start this project. I just love it!

I was so impressed with the first bag kit I ordered, with its presentation and easy video instructions ( I’ve never crocheted before) I ordered 2 different bag kits. As with the first kit the boxes are presented beautifully with everything you need to make the bags. I’m hoping the instructions for these are as simple to follow as before. Delivery is a little slow as the kits are being delivered internationally so allow a little more time. Only one of my kits arrived within 10 days but the second didn’t arrive after 18 days I contacted customer support who responded within 24 hours, however in the meantime the kit arrived.

I’m on my 8th order now and love receiving the fab boxes. Everything you need is in the box to make fabulous bags. Lots of choices on the website and easy to navigate. So much more appreciated that you have made the gift than buying a bag out a shop!
Customer service is great and very helpful. Can’t wait to start on my next bag.

I am about to start the kit. The product/yarn looks like it will be easy to work with (I am intermediate/advanced crochet), and all of the items included are of good quality. Purchased this purse kit to make for a gift. I only had one problem that was resolved by support person - the paper instructions included in my kit were for a different model.

Love the easy step-by-step tutorial with clear descriptions. Also, the yarn is smooth and beautiful and easy to work with.

Never got goods tell me they lost alot been a month no refund . Never use again hope credit card sorts for me
