I purchased the multicolored blanket to crochet. When opening the package there was a toxic smell that hit me, the yarn smelled like chemicals. I have written 3 messages to customer service asking them for the fiber content and telling them it smells toxic. There response is always the same its 30%cotton and very safe. I've asked what the other 70% is and they don't know. I have said I want to return it but they wont say they will pay for shipping. I've asked for my money back and no response. Unbelievable that a company that sells yarn cannot tell me what their yarn is made from or treated with. Do not buy from this company!

My first order was a triumph and absolutely loved it. Received two more bags to crochet and over the moon with them. Slight problem with a couple of missing items from one of the bags, one email and it was dealt with promptly by Terry and missing items sent immediately. Love this company

Only 1 item received, after 3 weeks. There are no instructions and the link on the website doesn't work. No response from customer service. Hopefully the other items arrive and I can find a bag pattern. Items that I have received are nice.

Parcel marked as delivered, but never arrived. They got the address wrong, despite being emailed to advise them of the correct address before delivery. Company won’t replace or offer a refund. Very poor service.

The incorrect bag was sent to me, despite emailing, messaging through Instagram and using WhatsApp (their number is in Kowloon, Hong Kong), I have had no response from them. Seems they want your money, but no customer service.
If I have heard nothing in the next couple of weeks (to allow for Xmas and New Year) I will raise a dispute with my bank. I read on Instagram how 'great' their customer service was, I'm beginning to realise that these reviews are probably all fake, how disappointing

Really happy with the bag kit. Very nice presentation. Easy clear instructions online. I was missing one
hoop but custimer service responded straightaway and promised to despatch a replacement.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after three orders with repeated problems, I feel it’s important to share my experience honestly.

Order #1:
The tutorial password did not work, and I could not log in.

Order #2:
This order had two issues:
• A bag strap was missing screws due to a damaged hole (I replaced the screws myself).
• The Cross Arm Shoulder Toe Bag did not include enough yarn to finish the project. This is not something I could fix on my own, because matching the same yarn is very difficult.

Because of the yarn shortage in Order #2, I contacted customer service on November 20. I was told that if I placed a third order, they would send me an extra skein of yarn to make up for the shortage.

Based on that promise, I decided to give them a third chance.

Order #3:
After waiting more than one month, I received the package — but the promised extra skein of yarn was not included.

By then, I had already spent a full month crocheting the Croissant Shoulder Tote Bag. I am now two rows away from finishing, but I cannot complete the bag because there is no yarn left.

This experience was extremely frustrating, not just because of the mistakes, but because of the repeated issues and broken promises. I invested a lot of time and effort, and in the end, it was all wasted.

I wanted to support this brand, but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others think carefully before ordering, especially if you don’t have extra time or replacement materials.

My order got to me pretty quickly and I was out of state when it arrived. I asked for delivery confirmation and received it immediately. I got to work as soon as I could get my hands on the kit and I am having so much fun! The pattern is easy to follow and the step by step video makes it impossible to fail at completing this project. I am almost finished and I can't wait to see the results! The material is beautiful and great quality. I am making this as a gift for a friend and I am really considering buying another kit to make one for myself.

Ordering was very simple. Only thing I hadn't realised was the delay in package arriving with it being a present - so plan ahead.

Order not received after 2 weeks site does not state it is being shipped from China. No reply from their customer service despite numerous attempts. Avoid!

I am Absolutely loving crocheting the Hearthside Rainbow blanket. I am getting close to completing this beautiful piece, and can’t wait to commence the matching cushion.
From the moment I received my parcels I was blown away on how beautifully presented they were.
The yarn is wonderful and soft to work with and the colours are just gorgeous.

Absolutely love the products. I’ve completed 4 of the bags (garden bee, sunny beach, panda, daily carryall tote) - just about to start the rose handbag. The quality of the materials is excellent, everything you need is included in the kit and the videos mean that even beginners can complete. I did have an issue with accessing the video for one of the bags but customer services resolved this straight away.
