Beautiful bag. I had a lot of fun making it.
The video instructions were very helpful and made it a pleasure to make.

Although the product is lovely the after sales service is shockingly poor with promises not kept to replace mesh after providing positive reviews as requested. This does go against TrustPilot ethos. They are only interested in people posting positive reviews. I was happy to purchase replacement mesh, but they can’t seem to arrange that! Project now languishing in a drawer unfinished. Recommend you spend your money elsewhere!

Recently I purchased a crochet park purse kit and ended up buying another for a friend. I accidentally didn’t tighten the fasteners well enough and I lost a couple of them. I contacted the customer service chat to ask about getting some replacement fasteners and they were very nice and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company

I have had a great experience with Crochet Park. I love the quality of the yarn, the easy to follow tutorials and how quickly if I have an issue I get a response. I have bought more than 10 bags/kits now and it has really helped with my stress to have something to work on with my hands!

Very prompt delivery of the kits. I have made one of the bags and the blanket and the quality of the yarn, hooks etc are great. First time I have crocheted and am loving it. Just ordered a 2nd bag. I was using a discount code which didn't work when the order went through. I emailed the service department and had a response and a resolution by Terry within hours.

High quality kit with everything you need, except scissors. Arrived beautifully packed and with links to very helpful videos. Despite not crocheting before, I am delighted with the finished result - a beautiful Aveline bag. It did take more than 8 hours though - the only downside, but it was worth it.

When I received my box, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the yarn and all things needed to make my Avalon Bag. I show off my purse often and everyone is amazed that I made it!

I ran out of yarn and when I asked to get more I was blackmailed into writing a positive review and they would send me more. I wrote two as instructed on the website and they say they are not valid wand per their company policy they can’t send them out until I do the positive review on Facebook. I refused and not sure if they will ever send me o e black yarn to finish my panda. What a shame.

I am now on my fourth bag kit from Crochet Park. No one can believe I've made these bags myself and I'm now starting to believe that I am a crocheter! The quality of the kits has been exceptionally high, as are the instructions and videos. Due to my own mistakes I have needed to order spare parts which Crochet Park have always been very helpful to send and delivery has been speedy. I would recommend Crochet Park to beginners and more experienced crocheter alike!
