I have already ordered three times from Crochetpark, and every time I was very happy with the kit, the patterns, and the results. Highly recommended!

My daughter bought me the bee bag kit for my birthday and I’m hooked. I’m not a crafts person at all. I have never knitted or done crochet before but with the excellent tutorials I have managed to almost finish my first bag ! The quality of materials and the tutorials is first class and I have ordered my second bag kit already !

Everything arrived very quickly and was exactly as advertised. It was all beautifully packaged. As a beginner the instructions are very easy to follow. Although I have not completed it as yet everything is high quality and it’s looking great so far. I would definitely recommend.

Slow delivery. Cannot access any tutorials. No response to emails or via ‘chat’.

When I saw these bags I thought they were so beautiful. I could not imagine that they would really be so easy to make. The box comes with every single thing needed to be successful. The tutorial and written instructions were so easy to follow. I am so glad I decided to try. I have a lovely bag. One of the clasp to fasten the straps did not work. I spoke to customer service and they are sending me another one. The support on this project is great. I will make another bag and I recommend Crochetpark to all who want a wonderful experience.

I ordered and completed the Emerald Aveline purse. I love it. It was so easy to complete with both the written and video directions. After seeing my completed bag, three of my friends ordered the Aveline purse kit.

I ordered many times in this company. The service is very good and quite quick. The quality of all products which I used is very good. Instructions are clear snd easy to follow. You get in the end what was promised. I can only recommend.

I loved making this bag!! I’ve crocheted before but never something like this - and I’m actually using it everyday!

I am fairly new at crocheting (started in May) and I have already made 4 bags. The materials are of very good quality. Besides the directions, you also have access to left-handed and right-handed online tutorials. This was a home run for me since I am left-handed. Customer is also very responsive. I highly recommend these kits.

Such a shame Customer Services is so appalling, as the kit itself was lovely. I wish you paid as much attention to you after sales as you do your beautiful packaging.

My kit arrived only a few days after ordering which was really pleasing but when I opened the kit, I had several bits missing, I emailed them,got a response from "Terry" asking me to send pictures of what I received, which I did, he said he would send me the missing bits. Over a week later I contacted them again to say they hadn't been received and he said it had, and sent me a picture of my original order arriving.
I am very disappointed as the kit looked good.
UPDATE: replacements parts finally received.

Just received the kit of the sunny beach bag! Impressed with the presentation in the box and the quality of what I received. Already started and it seems the YouTube tutorials are pretty good! Hopefully I manage to do the whole bag ! That s another story but I really recommend them !

I got wrong screws for the bag, tried to contact them numerous times and no reply. So disappointing!!!

I’ve ordered a bag and it arrived as expected. I’ve started to make it and so far no issue! You need to follow the video tutorials as the instructions on paper is not good enough.

If I could give zero I would. DO NOT order from this company. Bought in good faith at the end of January, with intentions of buying more if I liked it. It never arrived. Tracking stated at local distributor then stated returned to sender, no explanation, nothing. Crochet park keep fobbing me off with stating they will contact delivery company, as if yet no satisfactory answer. I have now requested a refund, 'contact me tomorrow ' is the reply, I have, two days past that 'tomorrow ' and nothing. I have held off writing this review as I hoped for a satisfactory outcome and I told them this but it looks as though my money has been lost. They come from China be careful.

Very disappointed. My kit arrived and looks good however the instructions are a diagram which I don't understand. I've tried to use the QR code and input the code number for the online tutorial but it won't accept this so have no way of even starting this kit. I've emailed for help but had no response. Can't even find any returns information!
