THE BIKE IS BRILLIANT. ESPECIALLY AS IT ALL COST UNDER £1000! DELIVERED AND BROUGHT UP TO MY FLAT WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF ORDERING. I RECOMMEND GETTING THE MUD GAURDS FOR ENGLAND RIDING.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT ALSO, AND THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL. YOU CAN TALK TO THEM THROUGH WHATSAPP!
I HAVE USED THE BIKE FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW AND ITS ALOT OF FUN. EVERYONE WHO SEES IT IS VERY IMPRESSED.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE OVERPRICED, UNDERPOWERED ENGLISH BIKES, SOME ARE MADE ALOT WORSE QUALITY.

Unfortunately delivered week ago bike (Jumper) has a construction mistake. Back wheel is touching the contraction, the whole construction is not straight. Waiting for the serwis reply.there is no shop. No face to face service...I think this my big mastake and probably waiste of money and time because probably I will hear tha I need to pack everything alone...50kg bike.

My wife purchased the CU7 and I chose the CU2 from Crazybird, both folding e-bikes, and we’ve both been extremely impressed with our experience.
From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. A special mention has to go to Lola Hayes, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire ordering and delivery process. Whenever I contacted her, she responded within minutes, not hours, which is rare these days. She was helpful, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly.
As for the bikes themselves, they are excellent. The build quality is superb, they’re incredibly comfortable to ride, and the battery range has exceeded our expectations. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into the design and performance of these bikes.
I honestly cannot fault either the product or the service. Five stars to both Lola and Crazybird. I would definitely recommend Crazybird to anyone considering an e-bike, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

I purchased a crazybird jumper ebike and I am totally impressed with both the bike and the customer service provided by Lola she dealt with a couple of small issues I had quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Crazybird to anyone.

I have had my crazybird jumper for about a year now and think its a great bike very sturdy solid and just all round good fun to ride powerfull seamless hill climbing.i have only ever had 1 problem which was caused by me mistakenly changing lock out password on display.i got in touch with lola crom crazybird services and could not fault the service she provided.very patient and understanding and above all extremely helpfull.great service great bike only wish i had bought it at the reduced price it is now.i have seen the price drop by 400 pound which is a steal for such a bike.davey.

Bought 2 crazybird cu7 ebikes great bikes had them seen last June only had one issue the throttle on one of them has started to stick, got in touch with customers service and a couple of emails had a new throttle come in the post great after sales service

Had the bike a week now I didn’t want to write a review before using the bike but im very impressed, it has been very easy to set up, brilliant to ride and brilliant customer service from Lola I’m very impressed with it so far. I would highly recommend

The jumper high step is a great looking bike. It is a bit heavy to get started but once moving you dont notice with the motor assist. Arrived well packed in good condition apart from a couple of pressure marks on the saddle which are slowly fading. Needs an 18mm spanner to remove the rear wheel which it doesnt come with. Brakes are set up euro style and you have to swap the hydraulic lines over yourself if you want uk style brakes with front on the right.

Arrived on date told was well boxed didn't take long to put together.just done first ten miles .no problems with ride brilliant bit of kit.one slight niggle getting battery out second lock doesn't release very easily luckily can charge on bike

Ordered a pair of folding CU7 bikes to take away in our motorhome. Ordered 1 black and 1 white but sadly 2 black bikes arrived!! Contacted customer services and Lola was quick in responding and resolving getting one bike collected and the 2nd, white bike, dispatched.
Great packaging, easy to put together and bikes seem well constructed and solid looking welding.
Been on 2 trial rides and seem solid on the road and paths with great assistance from the battery, using level 2 +3, and then 5 which is great.
Looking forward to taking these away on our next trip so we can go exploring.

Bought a new crazybird jumper ebike, bike is great, customer service has been brilliant and responsive with a couple issues I've had

If you are thinking of buying a CrazyBird, I will share my thoughts. We purchase 2 bikes as we wanted to get out and ride but not have a heatattack going up the steep hills ! The boxes arrived, and I have to say the packaging was awesome, we found the final assembly of bikes easy, took about 30mins each ( We bought 2 bikes, Jumpers ).
The bike build and finish is to a high standard, they look great.
These are my first Ebike experience so first ride up the road and back was an experience. The bikes are heavy, I think jumper maybe the wrong name, without the motor assistance turned on they remind me of a Volvo i used to drive. But with motor assist they become a joy to ride.
Having now done 100kms+ I understand the bike, and always ride on assist 1, only once up a very steep hill did i have to switch to assist 2, then 3. The bikes are extemely comfortable due to the fat tyres.
We did have a scuff on the saddle, this was replaced and customer service has been impressive.
Really enjoying riding again, on level 1 ( lowest assist level ) your heart rate increases but without going crazy, ideal for me as i hit my latter years.

The Crazybird YU8 is perfect blend of form and function.
The ebike looks fantastic and by Yee Gods does it pack a powerful punch.
The Crazybike customer service is blend courtesy and respect. That for me is the epitome of a 5 star service.

Not been rode yet as weather hasn't been great but will happily do another review once my partner has rode

I recently bought the Jumper. Got the rack and mudguards too which are quality. Amazing bike. I do a lot of beach fishing, this makes easy work of the soft sand. Incredibly powerful. Lasts all day too, plenty in the battery. Service has been spot on plus, plenty of you tube videos for guidance with anything. Very impressed.

I purchased the crazybird jumper in green for my husband and wow we are so impressed the tyres are brilliant and really chunky the colour of the frame is a really nice green and really strong chunky frame unlike others we've seen it looks like a really strong bike and looks like it will last a long time we did have an issue with a missing throttle but after speaking to lola this was resolved within hours of initial contact and we will receive the throttle within a week but to be honest even without the throttle my husband says it goes fast enough without it so not to much of an issue he took the bike out yesterday and turned heads everywhere he went excellent customer service I highly recommend this company and this bike to anyone you wont be disappointed

I dislike leaving negative reviews , but please be extremely cautious with this company. Bikes arrived damaged , bearing fail after 4 months .
There is no warranty as they make you pay.

You chase up your parts and our fobbed off by customer service for a further 6 months and then it says parcel delivered but is not!!!

You never see the parts , It’s all very weird on WhatsApp speaking to a technician who fights tooth and nail your bike is fine on the video you had to send him, But if you pay the will send the parts
