The only bad thing about Craft Club kits is that I don’t have the time and money to do them all! I’ve probably made somewhere between 5-9 rugs so far and I have my eye on that big mossy one- the kits are high quality, the tools don’t break like cheaper tools do, and you end up with something truly well thought out and gorgeous.
It’s a shame that there is someone out there capitalising on the wonderful company Nakisah has created and providing subpar products- that isn’t the craft club way! If you’re here because of anything from “My Craft Club”, you’ve unfortunately been scammed and have the wrong company.
Whenever there is an issue (some kits were sent out with some faulty yarn or slightly too little), Craft Club swiftly moves to fix the issue and send through more. They take customer feedback on and welcome it!
I can’t speak highly enough of everything I’ve received (or how quickly the items got to me, even during huge batches of individual orders during sales!)

I’m in love with these craft kits especially the woven bags. I purchased one for myself and found it quick and easy if you have basic sewing skills. It’s the cutest bag and I can’t wait to use it. The kit instructions were easy to follow and came with such cute accessories and helping bits and pieces like needle minders etc. Super Happy.

I've purchased twice from this small Aussie biz and both times have been easy, quick and so worth the money!
They are constantly being copied and imitated (by Kmart, Spotlight, MyCraftClub) but the other brands never even come close to the quality that CraftClub always provides.
Whenever I've had issues with my crafty kits, they've been quick to respond and are always so helpful and nice in emails! Love them and am going to buy again.

I love craft club!! I’ve bought and made several kits from them as a complete beginner and they’re so much fun. The materials are great quality and the video tutorials are incredible. The customer service is always amazing and there seems to always be someone on hand if I have a question about a project.

Never did I know I had an inner crafter. I have done so many of their kits and loved every single one! They’re meditative and relaxing and I love the cute designs and end up with some fantastic items! The team is so sweet and does a great job of making it feel like a real community, not just a business. I am a true blue Craft Clubber for life!

Quality materials, very helpful video tutorials included, and I love the community they've built in their Facebook group. They have great customer service and the owner is always visible, which I love! I highly recommend shopping with this women-owned small business.

Craft Club has been an amazing company to buy from... Over the past few years I've purchased several of the kits from embroidery kit range, the latch hook kits and recently a few of their woven bags too. I'm always really happy with both the kit and the final result, it's great for me with ADHD because I get all the materials I need and can keep it contained in the box it comes in, with video tutorials and written instructions to help when I get stuck on a certain step.

Beyond the products though- I've had great experiences with their customer service team as well- I spoke to the owner during a sale that I missed out on because I'd purchased a huge bundle of things before they were further discounted- she was happy to provide the higher discount and was so lovely to speak too. Never had a bad experience with Craft Club and have recommended them to my friends as well.

I have heard a few others on the Facebook group have had missing items in the kits but after contacting customer service- it was sorted out straight away- usually with a voucher or offer to make up for the mistake.

I’ve bought several craft sets from Craft club and they are high quality and beautiful. The instructions provided in the kits are straightforward and provide an enjoyable experience. Shipping to the US from Australia has always been fast and secure. I can’t wait to try more projects in the future!

I love Craft Club! I ordered several moss kits to try with my kids (ages 6 and 8). All three of us loved doing them. The step by step videos made it possible for even my 6 year old to complete her coaster (almost) independently. Yet, the kits we not at all boring for an adult — we all learned a bunch of cool latch hook skills and ended up with amazing coasters! Would recommend Craft Club for kids and adults alike.

I have purchased two diy kits from them and they're both AMAZING. Great quality materials and extremely helpful instructions and tips. It was easy to follow along and make my own strawberry rug and woven tote bag. I'm anxiously waiting for their popular moss coasters to all go back in stock so I can buy them too! My friend has also purchased several kits from them and are very happy with them. Plus, their company is so sweet and the customer service is friendly. I can see them commenting with openness about those who ask questions about crafting not related to their own products. They're a company I feel proud of supporting!
