I ordered 2 pre order kits at the start of Jan with the website stating it would be dispatched by the 28th of Feb.
I received a dispatch notice for tracking but nothing updated. I emailed in march asking where it was and they have said there has been a delay in one of my crochet items arriving to them to dispatch.
Don’t get me wrong, the person I emailed and spoke to about it was lovely and said she would update me when they do arrive to them, however whoever organises logistics is clearly failing massively!
If something is a pre order with a dispatch date then that’s when it should be sent not leaving people waiting months on end!

Now in the middle of April, and still received nothing.
I am extremely disappointed and I won’t be ordering any further kits from this company until they sort out the logistics behind the scenes. If this is indeed a small company like they claim to be, I would have expected a lot more from them as from personal experiences most (granted not all in this case!) small companies care about their customers!

Still haven't received my order.
Been more than a month. And no information at all.

Update: apparently it was sold out the thing I ordered. And they could not give a delivery date.
I change to another mini and it arrived rather quick.

Customer support was great. But when they can't really deliver I would love their website to say that it is out of stock.

Same experience as others… ordered more than a month ago, customer service still doesnt know when my items will be in stock despite the site claimed that they will be available early March. Very frustrating experience. It shouldnt take this long to get some yarn and corcheting supplies…

The kits themselves aren’t all too bad, I liked the yarn (very much like woobles but anyway), it was easy for super beginners to use too. Hook was cheap and hard to use but not impossible.
What made me mad is their customer service. I had missing pieces and undelivered orders. I messaged them and they reply but nothing gets solved and frustration builds up quite quickly.

The items have arrived. Packaging is good and things look great! This review is primarily for customer experience rather then the process of doing the craft. I would suggest those individuals ordering from the EU bare in mind these items are coming from the US and if you end up needing it within the month, its not going to turn up.

For the company, please make sure this is explicitly advertised for customers.

£70 Christmas order placed at the start of December 2025. Nothing to show for it on 20th February 2026. Contacted their support email and reassured its been shipped. Sent to a shipping tracking URL which has been linked with fake shipping notifications in the past.... Not holding my breath.

UPDATED - Spoke with someone. They reassure me its been shipped. Ill amend the review if and when the goods arrive.

Do yourself a favour and maybe look elsewhere until positive reviews start to come back for this company.

Not only does the company use AI but they also steal patterns and designs from other pattern-writers. Would definitely recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Took months to arrive and are not beginner friendly at all

They use ai generated images for marketing and probably ai generated patterns as well. What you are shown in the picture when you buy is not what you will be able to make with the pattern provided.

I purchased 3 of these mini crafts and they arrived in a fair time period and look awesome. On top of that their customer service staff have been amazing!

I’ve never crocheted before and I really wanted this to turn out well (making Marsh the Knight Frog for someone) so I practiced simple crochets on my own for a bit because I thought it was going to be very tough, but turns out it was way easier to do than I anticipated. Video instructions were pretty easy to follow, just need patience if you’re new to it imo

Stolen designes using Ai images for marketing.

The order process was easy and there were great deals. I didn’t need to reach out about an accidental 2nd item orederd and they responded very quickly and corrected my mistake. They are also super friendly! I do not have product yet but I can add another review after receiving it.

I've purchased twice from this small biz and both times have been wonderful. Shipping time is on a pre-order basis but it’s so worth the wait!
Whenever I've had issues with my kits, they've been super quick to respond and are always so helpful and nice in emails! Love them and am going to buy again ❤️

Considered buying a kit but later found out on Reddit it’s a knockoff of another person’s pattern. When asked on their socials about it, they just blocked me. Avoid them.

Digital instructions are clear. Real person with clear English in the tutorial videos. Customer service is excellent and promptly responsive. Yarn is beginner friendly and does not split. I’m very happy with this company and I just ordered some more kits!

Well I did pre order so that it took a while for the set to arrive was ok... only to find out the pattern was not ready yet. so I waited again. after 2 weeks the pattern was online, well a crochet along video that was. not a written pattern. When I ordered I got a deal that said I would get an mystery crochet worth 35 euro. turns out it's only a pattern and not a full set as the will lead you to believe.

I feel tricked and would advise to not spend a dime on this shop.

I’ve been thinking about trying crochet forever & finally gave in thanks to the relentless social media influencing haha. I’m so glad I did! This kit does a great job for a beginner, from the yarn quality to the easy to follow instructions. I only got lost a few times & the piece still turned out super cute! I appreciate the instructions being clear about things like when it’s ok if something isn’t matching up exactly & anticipating common issues like forgetting to put in a stitch marker. That made the whole thing fun & I never felt like giving up. Excited to try another kit now! The Pin and Tin were such a cute surprise as well

Do not buy! They don't have any pattern for what they are selling. This is a fake company and fake kits.

I loved my kit and was honestly not expecting the tutorial videos to be so well put together!

It was clear to me that I would be receiving a PDF mystery pattern which they did deliver immediately after purchasing so I don’t know why people are complaining. I guess most don’t pay attention 🤷‍♀️

The pin and tin are absolutely adorable as well! Also their customer support was lovely, Lyra replied to me within the hour and helped me with my inquiry immediately. Would buy again

Have not attempted the kit and itay be good but they are lying on their website saying if you preorder you will receive a mystery additional kit that they value at £30. This is a lye when mine turned up with out this I contacted them and got told that actually this was just a pdf pattern. I don't like being lied to so no matter how good it is I will not buy from them again. Also they did not send the link to the pdf till I contacted their customer services.
