Delighted with my first order!
This was my first order and I’m delighted. It only took a month to arrive to the UK and the kit is really good quality. I was apprehensive about ordering with the cost of delivery too but I’m so happy and would order again.

Lack of instructions
I have brought and even (with an old email) reviewed products and customer service from here with a positive experience unfortunately I can no longer keep that positive feedback.
I brought a bunch of kits in a recent sale online to find out they no longer come with a paper instructions (which according to their website you can email and request a paper one to download - but I emailed 9 businesses days ago and haven't heard back so I guess sucks if you wanted to do a craft especially if you needed them to do a craft with your child during school holidays they'll be over before they reply to you)
Now to me I think having only online instructions defeats the purpose of crafts where you want to be off your phone. Maybe I'm alone but please just go back to paper with a video as a backup
To answer I brought the pipe cleaner flowers. It does not have paper instructions. I do check spam I never got a reply. By the way it wasn't the only kit that didn't have paper instructions the moss kit I got also didn't have paper instructions

The vast majority of our kits include full paper instructions as well as detailed video tutorials, particularly any new designs - so it might be that you purchased an older kit of ours that was on sale? We're always working to improve the crafting experience for our customers, including both paper and video instructions in almost all of our kits.
I'm so sorry that you haven't received a reply to us, I've flagged this with our head of customer service Grace, as we usually get back to all customer enquiries and DM's in under 24hrs. Occasionally our email responses can end up in spam, so it might be worth checking your spam folder too in case.

Few Material, Outcome fine with your own creativity and Material.
I ordered a bag Kit Gingham in Red and White. Not my first project. I make costumes so I know a bit about stitching and crafting. The thing that annoyed me though is that the Kit comes with very limited material. So no mistakes can happen. No second chances and no normal stitching. As you need to be careful to still have enough of the needed wool. For some reason one color was to much and the two different reds not enough. So instead of calming it was more stressing me out. I had to change the sides to dark red instead of the pattern. In the end it looks nice. But only becaues I've worked with my own materials. If I hadn't stitched more than the tutorials said one would see the plastic underlays everywhere. So I stitched seams everywhere the plastic showed. I also used a different string for the handles as the one given was to short and didn't stick. So the Material given was not the best quality. The whool and it's traces are everywhere in my flat now and in the End the bag looks nice but it cannot even stand on a desk without falling over. Might need to find a way for that. The Kit itself is ok. But do not follow the instructions too closely as it will be incorrect that way. The Material is to little to finish. Have your own Stuff at home to finish it especially yarn. And be prepared for it to not be super straight at the end.

Faulty Zip/Poor Customer Service
After many hours, days, weeks of working on my cushion cover, imagine my disappointment when I discovered the zipper was faulty. I could not zip the cover closed at all. The zippers are of cheap quality. I did put up a review and the company took it down. They originally reached out to me but never followed it up. I have bought several other kits off Etsy and the zips are of superior quality. Shop elsewhere!

Whilst we do use invisible zippers on our latch-hooking kits and they can be more difficult to close, any zipper that breaks or is tough is definitely a fault. We would love to help replace or repair the zipper on your cushion, and our customer service team should have explained this. I've flagged this with our head of customer service Grace, and she will be reaching out asap to help solve your issue.
A note about your review, we definitely don't remove any of our reviews from our website - but our review tool holds them for a few days so we can help resolve the issue with our customer. No international tracking number for my order!
I loved their choice of kits but having placed an order, I didn't feel it was clear enough whether it's being shipped from the UK or abroad. I'm guessing abroad, but there wasn't any mention of customs fees or taxes at checkout. I only saw this in delivery info AFTER I had ordered, and tbh probably wouldn't have ordered had I been aware of that.
There also doesn't appear to be any international tracking despite having paid £8 for shipping. I have a RM tracking code which has been saying "we are expecting your item" for the last 5 days - so it looks like this will only update once RM receives the item from wherever abroad it's coming from.
Having spent over £60, it's not good enough to not provide any international tracking and for me to have absolutely no idea where my parcel is..I don't think I'd order from here again.

We do ship from overseas (we're an Australian company) so your Royal Mail tracking number will only show the parcel moving once it has arrived in the UK, this usually takes between 2-5 days depending on if its being shipped during the week or over a weekend, but if there's ever a longer delay please know that our customer service team is always here to help. On the rare occasion that our shipping partners do lose a parcel or have a delay, we can help push them to locate it. Or if you purchased our shipping cover, we will always provide a full replacement or refund for a lost parcel.

Really fun kits, excellent value for money

The kits are wonderfully put together with very easy to follow instructions. I've now put together 4 coasters, a cross stitch and embroidery kit and one of the latch hook bags. Everything was so fun and easy to do, and the end products always come out so beautiful and cute. The kits usually come with more than enough of the supplies that you need too, which allows for some creative choices outside of the standard instructions if you want.
I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to start their own crafty journey or looking to get a unique gift.

I absolutely adore Craft Club (not to be confused with My Craft Club)!!! I have gotten probably 20 kits from this amazing woman owned business and every single time the shipping is fast and usually free with some added goodies! I just finished a latch hooking kit I got a while ago and they give you lots of extra yarn and amazing instructions (including video tutorials). I also love the founder Nakisah and she has reached out to me personally several times to thank me for supporting her business and making sure everything is up to par with the kits I’ve received. Don’t be fooled by cheap knock offs; Craft Club is high quality with amazing customer service!

Beautiful kit and amazing customer service!
This was my first order from Craft Club and I was really impressed! The kit was really well presented and easy to follow. It was such a relaxing activity and the perfect way to switch off and unwind.
The customer service was also great. My kit was missing some wool, but they responded straight away and sorted it immediatley.
The only downside to this company is that they are based in Australia, so delivery can take a while.

Good product BUT takes too long to arrive!
Sorry only 4⭐️ review. I enjoyed the cushion latch kit and getting comments on finished products. BUT come on guys your shipping is letting you down. Just paid $14.95 for express post and it’s now day 3 and tracking says Australia Post haven’t collected item from you yet. So why pay for express post, there’s nothing express about it!
Just read some previous reviews and getting the bigger picture - the products are coming from overseas. I won’t be buying from you again. I understand a lot of stuff comes from overseas but at least other suppliers have the product in Australia ready to go. 🚀

We operate two warehouses - one in Mt Kuring-gai, Sydney and an international one in Shenzhen, China. During busy periods, we sometimes ship best-selling or new kits from our international warehouse when they are out of stock locally, which would explain why your order took longer than expected despite the express shipping. In the past we didn't do this, and we used to get complaints from our Aussie customers that so many kits were unavailable to purchase. Whilst we make sure to update our shipping windows to reflect this change, I agree with you completely and we should have made it even clearer on our website.
I completely understand your frustration about paying for express shipping and not receiving it, and I am so sorry for this experience. We’re happy to refund your express shipping cost in full - please reach out to our customer service team with your order details and we'll process that refund straight away.
The good news is we have a major Australian restock arriving next week, so moving forward from March this year, Australian orders will all be shipped entirely from our Sydney warehouse, which should eliminate any delays for our Aussie customers.

This is a scam
This is a scam. Nobody subscribes to a subscription, when you purchase ONE BOX the company secretly signed you up for a subscription that you have no idea you were going to be getting. Then all of a sudden, you start getting charged between 30 and $70. When I found out what was happening, I contacted PayPal. PayPal immediately refunded my money when I reached out to them about this company. They have had numerous reports about their dishonest business practice.

Here at Craft Club we sell a range of easy and beginner friendly DIY kits that are designed by our in-house team. We don't offer have any subscriptions, we don't save customers information and we would never charge a customer without permission. We also have an excellent customer service team that are always happy to help with any issues or refunds, so you would never have an experience like this with us.
It would be amazing if you could remove your review and put it on the correct trust pilot account. Or if you do shop with us, we would love to show you just how great our products and customer experience is!

The shipping time was misleading
The shipping time was misleading, which is particularly frustrating at Christmas time. While I agree I ordered after the Christmas cut off, the listed shipping time was 2-7 days, so I ordered. It was dispatched overnight, however I was then told shipping was to be 6-14 days because it was being dispatched from an international supplier. This is also a little bit tricky from a company that is big on its story as a small Australian business, I would add that all communication I had from customer service came at around 2am AEDST which suggests they are also not based in Australia. They refused to refund my order but instead offered a voucher for 30% of my order, then 50% of my order. This is something I suppose, but not when their website seemed deliberately misleading, and when I had to purchase an alternative. The voucher would also mean that I had to again spend money with their company because nothing cost the amount they were offering. However, in the end it came in the original time - I mean Aus Post are that good. A very frustrating experience, it all just seemed a little disingenuous.

We operate warehouses in both Mt Kuring-gai, Sydney and internationally in Shenzhen, China (that ships to our large international customer base). During peak Christmas demand, we shipped from our international warehouse when best-selling or new products were out of stock locally. Whilst our shipping time-frames were updated to reflect this change, we should have made it even clearer on our website that some kits might come from our other warehouse.
Regarding the customer service timing - we have a large audience in the US, so our CX team operates over a 24-hour period to ensure no one is left waiting regardless of their time zone. This means our team answers messages at different times throughout the day and night to provide the best service possible. We hear you on the voucher experience not feeling right either, I’m very sorry for that. And we are always happy to offer a full refund if you’d like to return an item that didn’t arrive on time.
The good news is we have a major Australian restock arriving next week, so moving forward, Australian orders will be fulfilled entirely from our Sydney warehouse, giving you the genuine local experience you expected from us as an Australian business.

Gorgeous kits and even better service
I was looking for a craft kit to do to stop myself from doom scrolling and found Craft Club. I’ve been working on my first needlepoint pouch and it’s been incredibly satisfying plus I’m so excited to use it when it’s finished. Imagine my disappointment then when I realised I’d either lost or accidentally binned my last bit of yellow thread so I couldn’t finish my lemons! Thankfully Joey solved my problem straight away and kindly arranged to post me out some more. I really appreciate the great personalised service and will definitely be ordering again 🩷

Cute and convenient crafting
Bought a latch rug kit and a half-stitch bag from Craft Club. The delivered package was a little roughed up but the products themselves were fantastic. Really easy to follow instructions, the video is helpful, having the craft items all set up for you and ready to go is a dream. Crafting the rug is relaxing and therapeutic, easy enough to do whilst watching TV or paying attention to something else. Seems like good quality, and while not yet finished the rug is coming along nicely. I love it, and have recommended Craft Club for others!
