Absolutely love this company. I was trying to find something to keep me going during a long summer and this has absolutely done it! My rug making kit has taught me a new skill and made me love crafting! I was a bit worried that I’d ordered something from Australia to the UK, but my kit arrived completely in one piece and no damage and super quickly as well!!

I cannot speak highly enough of CraftClub. They are an incredible company, with high quality products. The team behind the company is absolutely outstanding with their customer support. They truly go above and beyond to help fellow crafters in any way they possibly can to make your crafting experience enjoyable. 🩷 The kits are beginner friendly, so easy to follow and SO MUCH FUN to do! 🩷And everything is sent out with tracking in a timely manner. Anytime I’ve needed more wool, or wanted to swap something out to customise it, or even one time when I accidentally ironed an embroidery kit and lost the entire design because of the heat, Nakisah sent me more supplies. I bought the pink and white bag kit from CraftClub for my wife and it was such a hit! She really enjoyed knitting it and assembling everything – the process was smooth, relaxing, and fun. The materials, including the hardware, are all excellent quality, which made the whole experience even better. She also genuinely enjoys taking the finished bag out with her. A lovely, well-thought-out kit – would definitely recommend!

I know they’re currently being mixed up with another company called ‘MyCraftClub’ who is scamming customers so make sure you are ordering from the correct company! The correct company should be ‘Craft Club’.

I’ve ordered from this company and it was awesome! The kits included everything that I needed and were well packaged and the tutorials were well done. The customer service is AWESOME!!! They respond to every email and when a part of a set I ordered was no longer available i was emailed by a real person to sub it out and work together to make everyone happy!

I made my first order a couple of weeks ago for a heart bag. It arrived very quickly and exactly as described. The instructions were in video format, what a fantastic idea, and easy to follow.
The whole process took me about 8 hours and at the end I had a fabulous beautiful bag for my granddaughter. I was so impressed and would definitely order from them again.
