Did my order and after it was processed i got an email saying for an additional charge it could be delivered in the requested timeline. It should not allow an order to be processed with the date not applicable. We’ve cancelled the order and gone elsewhere. You lost a customer.

I love giving Cookie Bouquets as they always put a smile on the recipients face no matter what the occasion.

Broken cookies.
These cookies were sent to my nephew who has had three surgeries and at least one more coming and unfortunately a couple of the cookies were broken when it arrived. That was disappointing.

I purchased a cookie arrangement when my Dad was ill and was happy that my dad loved the cookies. I live nearly 2 days from him and the ability of your company to accommodate my request was appreciated.

Great service but pid extra to get 2 day shipping and it was 3 days that is my only complaint

I sent the smiley face cookies to my sister. She enjoyed the cookies and will enjoy the matching flower pot that they were sent in. I plan to use Cookie Bouquet in the future.

This was the 1st time I have used Cookiebouquets and the product was fine, the cookies tasted great. What I did not like was that I did not get an estimated delivery date when I placed my order nor did I get a tracking number when it shipped. It took 1 week from when I placed the order to the time it arrived. I was thinking it would arrive within several days. I would order from them again, but I might call in the order to find out all the delivery information.

The cookies were undercooked and the color was not according to the file I sent. When I reached out to let them know I was disappointed, they really didn’t seem to care. Way overpriced for the lack of quality.

Easy website to navigate and when I had questions, I called and got all my answers quickly. The customer service was outstanding. I asked my client how they enjoyed the cookies and they said they would give the taste of the cookies a 4 out of 5. I had sent the smiley face box filled with cookies and they indicated that people in the hospital thought it was the cheeriest box and brought smiles to everyone's face. I would order again from Cookie bouquets in a heart beat!

I included both delivery address with my order, as seen on my receipt. However, neither cookie bouquet was delivered to the right address. They were both delivered to me.

I sent these to my LT Colonel niece on her change of command (now she will be at UN IN NYC!). She loved them. Said they came well packed and were delicious.
