I really, really appreciate these features. I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered to my son in a different state. Cookiebouquet kept me updated with the shipping, especially with the tracking number. The order was delivered to my son on the day I requested, and his office raved about how cute it was and how tasty the cookies were. I am so glad I choose Cookiebouquets. And bonus, I live in Ohio and can support an Ohio company.

The photos that our daughter and daughter-in-law sent of their two different cookie bouquets showed that they looked exactly like the photos on Cookie Bouquets's website. My daughter said the cookies were good. If they were warmed for about 20 seconds, the almond flavor of the cookies came out. Each of the bouquets was delivered on time - one in Illinois; the other in Texas, and were ready to ship within 3-4 days after they were ordered. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a bouquet for my dad for Father’s Day. I was out of the country until yesterday. When I visited him, I asked my mom how they liked the bouquet. She said they never received one. *update They didn’t receive them. Did the delivery guy ring the bell? They were home that morning. These were overly expensive anyway—over 70 bucks for 6 cookies, but I knew I couldn’t be there for Fathers Day, and I wanted to send something special. Also I have had no communication from you until I posted on this trust pilot site.**I was out of the country until yesterday. I called as soon as I returned and found out. I left a message. Obviously I cannot say that they were stolen. What I can say definitively is that my parents did not receive them, and my bank account was charged. Where do we go from here?

I ordered a bouquet for my husband for Father's Day as he was working out of town. I was so excited to surprise him with this treat. I never received a confirmation email or an email when it shipped/ delivered. When delivered, It was the mug, but not the cookies I ordered and I would have appreciated an email stating what they substituted. My husband was not impressed with the quality of the cookies as they were very dry. I expected excellence with the amount I paid for the bouquet and delivery.

I purchased a Happy Birthday Banner cookie box for my 94 year old Aunt.
She raved and raved about the selection and freshness. Her favorite was the oatmeal raisin.

I had a very good experience with Cookiebouquets! My salesperson was unbelievably helpful. They are in Columbus, and I was ordering something for my niece's thirteenth birthday. I must add that my niece also lives in Columbus. I called about 12:30 pm, hoping to get delivery in two days, as she would be away the very next day (her actual BD--but I wanted her to be home to receive the delivery). To my great surprise and delight, the salesperson said they could get it out to her that very same day, by 5 pm. She did receive the cookies, around 3:30, and called me, so excited!! I could not have been more pleased with the service, and would highly recommend this company. My niece sent me a photo, and it was very pretty!
*my only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the cookies displayed in a box, not in a bouquet shape, as shown on the website. It was a small thing, but I was just a bit disappointed. But overall, they are great!!!
