I am incredibly impressed with the customer service I received from Contacts Express today. I realized belatedly that I mis-entered the axis info on a recent (large) order. Dennis, the representative I spoke with, was understanding, efficient, and generous in helping me solve the problem, going well beyond the resolution I expected. There are many contact lens providers to choose from, but I'll be sticking with Contact Express in the future. I'm very grateful for the service I received!

James assisted us with needing to exchange our contacts for a different Rx strength. He was prompt and polite and remedied our situation without any issues.

We have been purchasing contacts at another vendor for many years for contacts for my older son. This time, upon making another order, they put many roadblocks in place before we can purchase, making it very inconvenient as our son is at university residence. We tried Contacts Express for the first time. Placing the order was easy, intuitive, hassle free and stress free. Then the contacts were delivered to our house in a couple of hours! That is unbelievable service! I am going to an eye exam for myself but will definitely check out contacts and new glasses for my own use shortly, in addition to continuing to buy contacts for our family's needs through Contacts Express. Thank you for making my and wife completely at ease with contact purchases, knowing it comes with great customer service!

Horrible customer service. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT ORDER CONTACTS FROM HERE, they do not care about their customers and will not refund. So many other better places to order from who will back you up/refund if there's any issues. You order a box of contacts from here, use one and realize the fit is wrong or it's scratchy, they will refuse to refund you for the remaining unopened lenses. Absolutely crazy. I've never had this issue with Clearly or any other big name companies.

Good thing I paid for express shipping (2-4 days?) on my contacts as the order took one week, just to process and ship. If I’m lucky I’ll see them 10 days to two weeks from order. Without the express shipping, I’m guessing three weeks??? I’m also showing two different carriers with no actual tracking info. Not worth the discounted price as I’d rather have better service.

Cheked online to best prices and Contactsexpress came up. Read the reviews and they were right. This company doesnt mess around. Ordered late in the evening prior day and by lunchtime today order shipped. Called to make sure its correct and Chad gave me the info. Great Agent and helped with my questions . The customer service rep was very efficient and helpful. I had my shipping address wrong and am in dire need of my new contacts so they cancelled the current order and reissued another order and gave me a store credit so that I can still receive it in time.

J'ai commandé des boites de lentilles Acuvue Oasys 1-Day 90 Pack with HydraLuxe. J'ai ouvert une boite et les lentilles m'ont causé de l'inflammation (yeux rouge, larmoiement, douleur). Le service client a refusé le remboursement de la boite ouverte. Ce produit est selon moi soit mal entreposé soit defectueux. Ce n'est qu'en ouvrant la boite qu'on s'en rend compte. Je recommande Clearly, je n'ai jamais eut de problèmes avec leurs produits.

Ordered 2 boxes of contacts (different prescription in each eye) and there is a two year difference in the expiry dates of each box. I seldomly wear contacts, only during the summer for golf or beach days, and knew I wouldn’t use them all before the sooner expiry date. I contacted customer service and they said I could exchange them but they couldn’t guarantee the replacement box would have a later expiry date. These contacts were not cheap at $100 per box. Not impressed. I won’t be ordering from this company again.
