Contacts Express Omdömen 

I've ordered from Contacts Express a few times, and every interaction has been great. Most recently, we accidentally ordered the wrong glasses size, and customer service was incredibly helpful. The representative was quick, straightforward, and resolved the issue without any hassle.

Every time I've reached out, I've received a prompt and helpful response.

The courier delivered my contacts to he wrong address and didn't provide a delivery email. A person at that address brought my contacts package over. This is already the second time my contacts get mishandled by your courier company!

While I appreciate the contacts the delivery company leaves much to be improved.

I’m at home when I get a missed call on my phone. For some reason my phone didn’t ring. Delivery guy attempted delivery and failed. I live in a condo and should have received a call from the intercom system but no call came. I figured they would redeliver the next day. Next attempt was 2 days later when I get another missed call on my phone (btw this generally happens when the caller hangs up after the first ring). I call back not more than 2 mins later. The delivery guy tells me he can’t come back and will attempt to deliver another day. I tell him he should have been using the intercom. He says he didn’t have my intercom number. I tell him that he could have looked it up. No response. I ask him when he will be back and why he can’t turn around now, he responds it’s company policy that they can’t do that. He says he might be able to redeliver the next day. Depends. So I give him my intercom code and can only pray that I will get my contacts before I need them. I think if these were sent by Canada post I would have had them by now.

Fast delivery

Fast, and cheaper than buying in the US. Shipping took like 3-4 days, which is better than my last experience buying from Canada. Will definitely purchase again.

Contact lenses are extremely comfortable and change my brown eyes to grey-green and grey perfectly!

I just received my order shipping email. At the time of purchase, the site advised for $12.95, shipping would take 2-4 business days. My new email says 3-7 business days. This is fraudulent advertisement. I ordered from here strictly based on the expedited time frame. So for an extra $20 on every order (shipping & "processing fee"), you're paying for the absolute worst customer service. This site has gone downhill and I should have listened to my fellow Reddittors before ordering again from here. I won't be fooled again.

Excellent communication and friendly service. Very fast delivery of my contacts. Overall fantastic experience.

My contact lenses prescription changed and I ordered a different brand than usual. The customer service team emailed me asking to confirm and let me know even if the prescription is the same, it might not feel the same with a different brand. I went back to the same brand I was using and they offered 30% discount. Very quickly my new order was placed. Big thanks to Adam and Amy for their support. Great service and great prices!

There isn’t much you can count on these days but the cheapest price and fastest shipping, Contacts express! Trust me, I know… highly recommend!

I am glad you can still get Air Optix, they fit all my families eyes, where we are in a small village there are 2 optometrists and they do not carry what we want, so thanks

I contacted Contact Express when I realized that I ordered my contacts and had them sent to my old address from 6 years ago. I’m not sure how I made that mistake but Nick was able to help me even if I was the one who made a mistake. He fixed my mistake and updated my information on my account and on my receipt so I can put a claim through my insurance company. Nick was a real lifesaver today!

I ordered contact lenses on December 10 because the company advertised fast delivery and excellent customer service. I typically use Clearly, however needed lenses quickly. Three days later, I was told the lenses were on backorder and asked to choose another brand.

I selected a replacement Friday afternoon to avoid delays, but received no confirmation. I followed up multiple times after receiving no confirmation and spoke with eight different representatives, yet my questions were still not answered and nobody was on the same page.

I was later told the order would ship Wednesday, even though the replacement was chosen days earlier. The order still has not shipped.

Tony, the guy was working online services, who answered all my questions and provide all appropriate solutions 👍🏻. Excellent plus service.

Misleading shipping information. Paid more for 1-2 day shipping. Confirmation email says 4 days.

Ma commande faite le 22 novembre n’ayant aucun suivi à jour, j’ai parlé avec 2 personnes qui m’ont confirmé que la commande était en route…
N’ayant aucun suivi le le lendemain, on me dit qu’on se sait pas où ma commande est …ils ont réglé le problème, mais j’ai dû téléphoner (anglais seulement) et insisté pour qu’on règle le tout rapidement.
