Exceptionally bad. The shipping and fulfillment times on their website are lies. Shipping often takes 2-3 times longer than stated. And their customer support is all AI agents with no humans, so it's impossible to get any proper help or support. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Trustworthy, Canadian Company — Great Service, Fast Shipping!
I was hesitant about ordering from Contacts Express at first, but after seeing positive reviews across different websites, I decided to try them out. My contacts arrived in just a couple of days, and when I ran into a small issue, their Customer Service team was easy to reach, friendly, and very helpful. They sorted everything out right away. Great experience, highly recommend!

Always a happy customer!!
I have been pleasantly surprised by my most recent order with contact express. I find that the prescription is done so well that I am able to see more clearly using my Contacts, than with my glasses. I continue to be impressed by the high-quality of contact lens that I receive every time I order from Contacts express.

Did not refund me for lost package but…
Did not refund me for lost package but the customer service rep forced a replacement. What will i do with it since i did not get it on time. Worst customer service.

The time of delivery was wonderful BUT
The time of delivery was wonderful! When I tried to print off the receipts, I wasn’t able. As I was leaving the country, I needed them before I left. I got the darn bot😡. No help at all I finally got in touch with the office and got the receipts the day before I left. That was not a good thing.

No communication
I was quite content with the ease of placing the order. Very smooth process. However it was the waiting. Almost 2 weeks passed before I heard any news or updates. I ended up contacting them to find out what was going on as this was very unusual, at least for me. I had never experienced delays this late before. Yes I realize my contact lens prescription is a special order but there was no communication whatsoever. When I finally contacted them, I was told that the company had a back order of my brand of contacts and that it should arrive at the end of the month. Enter in the factory of the actual delivery to me would be longer. I was not happy. I needed my contacts. If I had known of the delay beforehand, I would not have placed my order. But imagine my surprise when I asked to cancel my order that my order was shipped. I received them the next day. The contacts are fine. It's the lack of communication and the delay that I didn't like
