J'ai eu des problèmes avec le shipping ! Ça été complexe mais ils ont réglé la situation !

Horrible experience that I’m still dealing with. Ordered contacts through benefits. Made sure my address was fully correct. First pair got sent back due to “incomplete address” I followed up with customer service, and was told they’d ship a replacement set. The agent also confirmed my address. Next day got an email that they are back ordered. Then I get another email stating the second pair was being sent back due to incomplete address. I go on customer service chat again, and request a refund back to my benefits and I’d order elsewhere. 3 weeks later and my benefits are still waiting on Contacts Express to release the funds back to them. Contacts Express says they have and yet cannot provide documentation to back it up. Horrible company and horrible experience. Will
Never use again and I will make sure not to recommend this company.

I recently purchased a pair of glasses from Contacts Express, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Their customer service is truly exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Also Kits brand glasses really better than i expected.

I have been a customer of Contacts Express for years. I reached out about a defective box of my usual contact lenses I had received that was irritating my eyes. The box was immediately warrantied and a new box was shipped to me at no cost. The LOT number was also recorded so that they could communicate the issue to the manufacturer.

Through the Canada Post strike other mail carriers were not able to deliver to my postal code as it is rural. James with the customer care department at contacts Express helped reroute my order to a different address so i could get my contacts ASAP. He was helpful and extremely accommodating! Thank you for being so easy to work with!

We had some Initial challenges ordering from Contacts Express, but they stepped up to the plate and rectified my concerns. Thank-you.

Excellent and low key service. Light and charming.

Been shopping with them for a while. They lost my packages before, but this last time was the last. Over 2 weeks with no update. They use some crap service to deliver that has a 50/50 chance to make it its destination. No updates so you have to guess if it will still arrive and then when you call they send another that might ot might not make it. They have some Indian guy apologize but offer no discount or anything. I will never be shopping with them again.

I recently got a new prescription for my eyes and had unopened contacts that I bought from Contacts Express a couple of months back. I chatted with their customer service and Tony B is who I interacted with. He was very helpful in helping me with the exchange and sent me the prepaid label and confirming the new prescription boxes they would send out with my exchange. Everything was done very smoothly and easily and I highly recommend. Thank you!

I was so impressed with the customer service in relation to an error in filling my prescription. So so happy with how I was treated and how was rectified.

Efficient polite experience ordering contact lens

Very fast shipping. My contacts weren’t in stock and they said it would take 3 days for them to get back in stock and immediately sent me a email with discounts and informing me about my order. I received notifications literally 3 days later that my order was out for delivery and I received it today, i’m extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely repurchase from here again. Very reliable, Very helpful. Everything was honestly a breeze.

Needed contacts ASAP, they checked for the stock and immediately reserved them for me, got them in 24h!

I needed to exchange one package of contact lenses due to a prescription change. James was very helpful; I received a return label, and an order confirmation for new box within 15 mins.
