I had to wait under 30 seconds to be put though to a rep. James was very polite and attended to my issue promptly (I had mistakenly ordered two sets of lenses instead of one, which he corrected immediately). What a pleasant change from waiting 30 minutes or longer on most help/service lines!

I've been waiting for my contacts to arrive, but with the Canadian postal strike Nothing is getting delivered through the post office, I spoke with a representative concerning the issue because I was out of disposable contact lenses and the order didn't arrive, I've been ordering from this company for a few years now and they haven't disappointed, he sent out my order using something else other than Canada post and I am appreciative, I highly recommend to anyone who needs prescription lenses, Thank-you

Excellent experience dealing with Contacts express. Easy process ordering online and When the frames i chose were no longer in stock they contacted me and representative was extremely helpful in assisting me choose another frame at a lesser price even- so I was refunded a little over $10 as well! I was nervous about ordering glasses online, but Contacts Express made it a fun experience. The glasses I chose ended up being too heavy, but after providing feedback, they called me the next day and offered to let me order a different pair. I generally prefer to get my contact lenses when they are on sale, and have yet to be disappointed with Contact Express. Also, contacting the team at Contact Express and voicing any concerns I may have, I get a very quick responses and even incentives to help with any inconveniences I may encounter with my order.

All companies should take pointers on contacts express! Not only are they the most affordable on the market but they are extremely kind and they all care. Best staff ever and everything always comes on time and I always have the help I need. I’m not tech savvy at all and I’m so scared of ordering glasses online but their website and customer care always lends a hand. I’ve been ordering off of here for 6 years and I’ll never go anywhere else.

Francis was a very big help. He not only answered my shipping questions but he also helped me place my order over the phone and managed to get me a better price than I was able to get online. He assured me that my order would be processed quickly and shipped by courier since Canada Post is on strike. There were no hassles at all. We spoke very clearly and was easy to understand. I hope to have Francis answer my calls should I need customer service again in the future.

James gave me great service, quicly answered my questions and sent me a link to track my package during the Canada Post strike.

Somehow, I screwed up the order. Not only did I order the new prescription that I had but also the old prescription. Anyway, the day afterwards I realized the error, Contacts Express customer service was able to correct my error. I guess I am technically challenged.

This is a fraudulent company. They take your money and never send you contact lenses. I ordered 3 packs of contact lenses, order was confirmed, then received an email from "Helen" saying pack #1 wasn't in stock so my order wouldn't be shipped for 2-3 weeks. I requested that my order be split up so I could have the in-stock packages ASAP. I received an email from "Amanda" saying my order has been split as requested.

Days later, I checked to see where the first half of my order was. On the website, it said "shipped", but when I tried to track there was a 404 error and no way to track - very strange. I contacted customer service again to ask for an ETA.

I then received an email from "Adam" saying that pack #2 was now not in stock until later this week.

Why did they lie about it being in stock earlier? Why did they set the status to "shipped" if that wasn't true? This was all to keep hold of my money and not provide the product. They're frauds.

Go somewhere else and don't waste your money here!

But is not true, they are cheating, you need to place an order for a large amount and only then will a discount be possible, and six months ago my order was lost and I waited a long time
