Honestly had nothing but the best service from here. I have been trying to help from Nintendo for ages and never once got a reply within 2 days of my purchase my issues all sorted.

I couldn't be any happier at all fantastic bud will deffinatly keep you in mind should I have any further problems but your a legend thanks.

So I purchased a network port for my Xbox One X because it was broken, now at the time of purchasing I didn't realize that a wrong address had been selected, and it Wasn't until after making the initial purchase that I see the error, so after I got the receipt I instantly emailed back Through the email address given on the website to notify that a wrong address had been given, I didn't get a response until about two days after my initial purchase (june 26th) and he was very polargetic that he didn't get to his emails in time because the item had already been shipped and he said however because he didn't get back to the email in time it was on him and he would sort the issue out and send the item out to the correct address even if that one didn't return back to him, so I left it for a couple of days and messaged him back after he told me to give it a couple of days to see if the item would turn up and it didn't, so I messaged him back to let him know, but never got a response from the email, and then I sent him a couple of emails after that email, and still had no response as to an update as to when he was going to sort out sending the part that was supposed to have been sent to the correct address, and as of the writing of this review the item in question given the tracking information was sent back up his way and is still at Royal Mail's depot because they have attempted to deliver to his supposed return address and of course have failed to deliver it back to him and it's still sits at the depot of where it came from till this day

He takes your items then doesn't return them we will see how long his stealing continues before someone catches up with him

Disappointed as a subscriber for years to Phil's YouTube and twitch channels I was confident that Phil would sort my Nintendo switch out. So sent unit in and was fixed on live stream in September. As I know he was moving I was not expecting it back fast but didn't expect there to be nothing sent. Contacting on Phone, email and site was never given a tracking number was always told I will look into in and get back to me but nothing trying his new ticket system to get answers but nothing I game him enough time to fix this and now no switch don't use this service.

contact several times email or phone with out reply for an issue with xbox one x ?

It's been a month and I have not received my item. I have wrote several emails with no response.

I have contacted this site 3 times, always being extremely polite asking for help. Not only have I had no response but afterwards I have been flooded by email scams.

Coincidence obviously.

Good one-stop-shop for small items related to game consoles. Enjoy the YT videos where the Cod3r demonstrates his skills, and offers his opinions. If I'm ever stuck for a fix for my devices, I'll pass them to him for second & final opinion.

I have ordered a few times from console fix, including some x-clamp tools and other bits, always had excellent service and would recommend to anyone.

I’ve bought various items from Phil over at consolefix and he has always made sure they get posted asap, the parts usually arrive next working day. I’ve also sent Phil a faulty item to be repaired and it was repaired the same day and sent out the following day. He goes above and beyond in my opinion. If my ps5 ever fails he’s the person I’ll be sending it to guaranteed. His knowledge (which he gives away for free via YouTube and twitch) is great for anyone wanting to get into repairing items as a hobby or profession. 100% would recommend!

Purchased many items from this store and received them pretty much next day. Phil even went above and beyond and paid premium delivery free of charge due to needing the item quick.

Also sent out a series X to be looked at to confirm what was wrong with it. He live streamed it so I could see everything he was doing which was awesome. Tried his best but was unrepairable (due to a swapped out SSD). Shipped it back next day and received it back pretty fast.

Communication has always been great.
